The location of the place is great. We stayed on the 6th floor and had one of the most beautiful views. The flat has everything; it is very comfortable and cozy.

I had such a great time here! The pictures are very accurate. The place was clean and has such a cool layout. The windows let in so much natural light. Love that there is an even larger kitchen and laundry room available on every floor! The gym is so large and had pretty much everything I needed! Pool, hot tub, sauna, etc all major bonuses. The location is great as it's in the downtown area and so close to restaurants, etc. The hosts were very responsive and so kind. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone!

We had a wonderful time staying at James's home in Homer, New York. His place was very clean, well appointed, lots of space, and we felt right at home! We will definitely stay here again!

We feel so lucky to stay in this home and meet them! Powered Sofas are great and we are planning to buy the same sofas to our home! SAMSUNG 84" 4K TV and SONOS sound system! Smart TV in every room! Great Basement with a great GYM, great Washer and great Dryer! Lots of complimentary! And the SAUNA! It was great! LOCATION is also great and safe. Great Parking Space. Easy Check-in & Check-Out! Wonderful and speed WIFI! Dedicated Powered Working Station! Comfortable Mattresses! Bunch of Kitchen Stuff, Lots of quality Soaps and Shampoos! And Their friendship was also awesome! We wish all the best for Peter and Ania! We will definitely see them when we go to Albany again!

All rooms in the home were beautifully appointed, and the kitchen was very well stocked with all needed utensils. The indoor fireplace was spectacular and easy to use. The great room was perfect for entertaining our life-long friends. The woods could be seen from every window, which provided a very relaxing atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor fireplace in the early evening. Everyone had a blast in the basement bar/ recreation room, where I learned that my long-time baseball buddy had some bartending skills! This dovetailed nicely to the sauna and then to the hot tub. What a great time, lol!! Great venue, beautiful home and great times. We would love to come back.

We stayed here for roughly 3 weeks. Absolutely loved it beautiful old historical home. kitchen was awesome. Everything was comfortable. We definitely stay here again.

Jeanine gave detailed and accurate instructions for check in and check out and her recommendations were spot on! The house was spotless and so welcoming. All we could need or ask for was readily available. The house was walking distance from the cute little town of Penn Yan and there was plenty to do and see. Our first girls trip to the Finger Lakes was perfect thanks to Jeanine!

This is the second time our family stayed at Zak’s home. The space is perfect and we are able to have great entertainment as well as family meals together. The option of having a pet stay with us makes the place a true gem. The home is clean, stocked with everything you need. Seems like you are at home. Thank you for such an inviting space. I am sure that we will be staying again when we come to Troy.

Had a wonderful weekend at Shira’s place. There was plenty of space for our party of 10 and we had everything we needed. Will have to visit again when the weather is warmer to take advantage of that deck and the fire pit!

The house is perfect for a family (probably friends too), it had everything we needed. Great location, very close to the lake and less than 10 minute drive to downtown. Clubhouse was great for the kids to swim, I bet it would be even better in the summer! We liked that there was less TVs than most houses, forced the family to spend more time together :). Only minor feedback is the hot tub requires work arounds (shutting it off) to get to a comfortable temperature (too hot, but Skip did not this in the instructions). Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and would likely book again.
