Kate was very responsive and helpful. I booked this like 5 months in advance and 2 months in I had to change my reservation to extend and she was more than accommodating. The place was clean and comfortable and it was in a great location. I would highly recommend it!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Great peaceful safe neighborhood. Enjoyed walking our dog in the mornings. After a busy week of helping my son move out of his dorm was nice to relax at night and watch tv before bed. In the mornings nice to sit and have breakfast and coffee and watch tv before starting our day. Nice to look out the kitchen window and see the neighbors’ birds coming to all their bird feeders and chirping.

This place was perfect. Way bigger than the pictures looked which was a nice surprise. Kate was very quick to respond when we had a question. Highly recommend this place!

Check in was a breeze. Kate and Darya were pleasant, even recommended restaurants. Funk’n Waffles was a hit!

This is a very cool space. My husband and I stayed here with our two teens. The sleeping pad for the floor my daughter said was comfy and my son said the foldout was fine. We thought the bed was very comfortable. It was not clean when we arrived, but with a concert with record numbers in town, they were backed up and the cleaners came right in and rectified the problem. We had so much fun with all of the games available. It passed an evening in for us. Cornhole, Large Connect Four, Darts, PacMan, Foozeball, and putting green. The location is great as in near to everything like great restaurants and attractions. Only a 7 minute drive to Syracuse University. I do however like to run in the mornings and I did not feel safe enough in this area to run by myself. Even with this I would still stay here again!

This was the 2nd time staying at one of Katie’s apts. It’s conveniently located when visiting Syracuse university. Quick drive to food shop, to restaurants and even near the hospital, if needed. During both visits we appreciated the responsiveness over messages. My husband and I really enjoyed it here, so we will definitely be returning yet again.

We had a wonderful stay as a family of 5. There was enough room for the kids to play and relax. Everything was stocked in terms of supplies for the kitchen and there was a surplus of bath towels. As a mom, that is so helpful when there are more than two small towels. The only downside was the curtains don't block the morning light very well but that might be a plus for some people, we are just night owls. We stayed to visit family in the area and this just became our go to place to stay.

Great for multiple families. 2 separate kitchens perfect to accommodate food allergies. Secluded spot, lots of security and attentive host. Cute decor for photos ops. Nice large dining area for family meals. Beautiful area in the fall.

My 18 year old, her best friend, and I made the trek from Ohio to visit a college in the area and needed a place to stay for a night. We could not have asked for a better spot. The trip was daunting and very long due to a lot of snow. We got to the house much later than we had hoped. Upon arrival, the porch light was on and tha house was cozy warm from a fire in the fireplace that Charles had made for us! We didn't have time to enjoy all that the house had to offer (hibachi grill, lots of games, and so many knick knacks to look at and enjoy), but we wish we had! It was so late when we got to the house, we took hot showers and crashed. The fresh eggs in the fridge were a welcome treat for breakfast! Charles had the drive plowed so we could get out (the drive is a bit of a hill, so if there is snow, it will need plowed unless you have 4 wheel drive). I truly wish we had had more time to enjoy the space. We will absolutely be back!! Thank you, Charles!

Robyn was so kind and responsive the entire time! The place was adorable and exactly like the photos. The house is in a nice area and is a walkable distance from the main area! Would definitely stay again!

All rooms in the home were beautifully appointed, and the kitchen was very well stocked with all needed utensils. The indoor fireplace was spectacular and easy to use. The great room was perfect for entertaining our life-long friends. The woods could be seen from every window, which provided a very relaxing atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor fireplace in the early evening. Everyone had a blast in the basement bar/ recreation room, where I learned that my long-time baseball buddy had some bartending skills! This dovetailed nicely to the sauna and then to the hot tub. What a great time, lol!! Great venue, beautiful home and great times. We would love to come back.

Chris’s place was perfect and comfortable for our visit to see our son’s event at Syracuse University. Apprx a 10 min drive to stores, restaurants and school. We will be back in the late fall for family weekend hoping to enjoy the very nice pool/cabana area!

I was so excited about this stay and this house, between the bar and the karaoke room and the kitchen, it looked amazing for our little nerdy getaway. And this place exceeded my wildest expectations. It was clean and spacious and beautiful and my sister and her fiancé had a fantastic time playing video games all weekend. Highly recommend and will come back again without a shadow of a doubt.

This was my first time staying in an Airbnb. I wasn't sure if Airbnb would be right for my family but we've stayed in several hotels over the years and we decided to finally give this a try. The check-in process was flawless and the host was very friendly and responsive. The house was clean and it's situated in a very cozy neighborhood. We are a couple with 5 children and the accommodations were perfect for our needs. Our children thoroughly enjoyed having access to the game room during the times that I was working remotely. We don't have children under five anymore but I thought it was so thoughtful that the Airbnb provides a pack-n-play and a kitchen highchair for families that may have a baby or toddler. The only thing I would have benefited from being added would be a small desk and office chair for an ergonomic work space. I was able to work sufficiently so it's not a complaint by any means. We were happy to stay here and our children are still raving about the themed rooms!

I cannot say enough GOOD things about Stephanie’s place. We had 4 families staying here while 4 of our boys played/stayed at Cooperstown Dream Park. We were so thrilled that this place was only 13 min to the gate! A lot of other families stayed much further away. We had so much space! Bedrooms, bathrooms, and tvs galore. The kitchen was huge and was probably the most well appointed kitchen we’ve ever experienced. We made 4 huge meals here and had everything we needed. Everything was so clean!!! And 2 sets of laundry!! The yard and front/back porch were all a fantastic delight. We used the fire table numerous times. Stephanie was an incredible host. Her communication was fantastic from beginning to end. She even sent a list of supplies and snacks at the house the day before checkin. If you’re coming with a big group to Cooperstown - especially for the tournament at CDP - this is your place! Book it now. Book it early. You won’t regret it.
