The cottage was superb: in very good order and well equipped. The location is superb in a quiet and characterful corner within a 3 minute walk of cathedral, shops and restaurants. Communication, including the online guide, was excellent.

I loved staying at Caroline’s house. It is a beautiful home in a lovey part of Clapham. The property was just like the photos and description. Caroline was the best host - very amenable, friendly and responsive. I would recommend this house to anyone and would definitely stay here again!

Matt was great, very responsive, more than happy to help and offer recommendations. The location is an easy walk to the tube and amazingly for London the street was quiet and had on street parking right outside the house. The house was perfect for 5 of us, the sofa in the lounge so comfortable, two ensuites and a downstairs loo, and the kitchen well equiped. Would definitely stay again.

The sitting room really looks like the photo and is a great place to be - both to relax and to eat. We were only four, but eight would be comfortable. The kitchen was small, but well equipped and fun to be in, open to the sitting room. Three comfy bedrooms and two bathrooms, all on one floor. Quiet, but convenient. Lucy & Richard were very responsive.

I was amazed by the beautiful house location in London but feeling went into a countryside peaceful. We enjoyed every moment and, thanks Francis kindness offers us a late checkout complimentary.

Loved our stay! We felt right at home straight away and Mel left it all lovely and cosy for us arriving, with the heating and lamps on. We arrived in a storm too and she kindly checked in to see how we were getting on with our journey. House had a key lock, which was great for flexibility, so suited us. And Mel let us know she was only round the corner if we needed anything. Really homely feeling, lovely living room to all relax together with blankets and a great tv, and table in the kitchen to eat at. Hardly saw Darth Vader the cat, although the kids did spot him under one of the beds at one point. We just stayed one night, before going to Harry Potter the following morning and it was perfect for that. 10 min walk from the train station and Harry Potter bus, cafe for breakfast at the end of the road, Tesco, co-op, kfc all within 5 min walk. Would definitely recommend for staying with kids - ours are 12 and 9. Comfy beds, lovely bathroom, all great! Thanks Mel ! x

We stayed for four nights with our two teenage city kids to give them a taste of countryside life!! They loved the spacious apartment, all of the nature, birds, badger, deer and of course the kites, the warm pool, and freedom to explore the extensive grounds! A fabulous Airbnb with very generous and kind hosts.

We had a great stay at White Hill Lodge. The directions and check in instructions were spot on, so it was easy enough to find the place. Dom was a great host, who was really lovely and genuinely cared about us making the most of our stay. The local village is beautiful and a stones throw away from lovely countryside walks, where you can take in the views and enjoy the surrounding serenity. The Lodge was clean and perfect for the two of us, with a well fitted-out kitchen, supported by essentials like cling film, foil, milk and cooking oil. The WiFi was great and we had no issues at all during our stay. Shoreham train station is a short walk away and trains to London were quick and reliable, with us returning to Shoreham late at night after watching shows, having no difficulties getting back to the Lodge using public transport. We'd certainly recommend the Lodge for a quiet, tranquil stay, within an easy commute to the capital. Thanks for our stay Dom! All the best!

This flat is not your generic sterile property. It has a style of its own which immediately made me feel comfortable and at home. Most things are within walking distance in a regular London neighbourhood. And once you figure out the bus system (much easier than I expected) it’s very simple to access the rest of the City. Everything was clearly explained and covered in the instructions and stocking pantry items to start the visit was a great extra. Overall a great experience that was not your typical ABnB stay but a unique visit. I would definitely recommend and plan to return. This is a home, not a standard rental

The barn is beautiful and very well fitted out. Fabulous setting, absolutely stunning and super peaceful and quiet. The one bathroom was challenging at times with a party of adults but the rest of the barn is faultless and such a joy to stay in. The tennis court and other amenities were fabulous.

We had such a lovely stay at the Pool House! Super easy to check in - some milk/bread/eggs and other goodies were a lovely touch. Got to enjoy the outdoor pool and hot tub as well as outdoor area with BBQ. Also used some of the recommendations for near by like the Deerpark which was brilliant as well as another local farm shop. Pool house had everything we could have needed. Had the best stay - thank you!

For my first holiday away with my 2 beautiful children I honestly couldn’t have wished for a better stay. The cottage is beautiful, the gardens and surrounding grounds are stunning, simply a lovely place to be. We spent a lot of time in the cottage and use if the new fire pit in the evenings as it was so peaceful and relaxing. 2 main attractions for us were Pooh Corner with Ashdown Forrest for all your Winnie the Pooh adventures, and Hever Castle which is a lovely day out. Tennis courts and a lovely pool to boot ❤️❤️❤️ Caroline left some beautiful touches, some Easter treats for my children and a host of food and fresh juice, lovely 😍❤️

The urban stay flat I had was PERFECT. It was spotless, and had all the little things you could think of (including a nespresso machine). The building was private so it felt safe and everyone was super friendly and helpful in the building. The amenities were great, having a gym to use was amazing as well as a separate coworking space for when I had to do some work. The flat was walking distance to so many great shopping spots, restaurants and transportation ways. I would 100% stay with them again when in London for long periods of time!

My partner and I stayed here 14th-17th April 2025. We wanted to get away for a few days, somewhere quiet and secluded where we could relax and recharge. And the place did just that. Beautiful surroundings. Frankie and Jonathan were very lovely, welcoming and friendly, always on hand should we have needed them. Even had to ask if they had paracetamol one evening, and they brought it over for us, thank you. The cabin itself was gorgeous, and the hot tub was divine, and they had it ready for us every evening. Everything was catered for, tea, coffee, cereals etc. We will definitely be coming back for if you’ll have us. 10/10.

Really lovely cabin, well looked after and very clean. Host was very helpful and pleasant. As others have written, the cabin is located near the house and not quite in the middle of the woods as expected, but hosts fully respected privacy and we only saw them on arrival. Toilet is a little cramped but otherwise everything was perfect. A really lovely stay

Martin was a proactive and friendly host who was so sensitive to our needs (as we'd been through a difficult time as a family). Instructions were thorough. clear and helpful. Check in and check out was as flexible as possible. We also appreciated the bottle of bubbles as well as all the other basics like tea, coffee, etc. Martin's additional info on getting to & from our evening entertainment/venue was invaluable & beyond helpful. My wife, small dog and myself had a long stay in this wonderful flat in Wanstead. We felt right at home with all the amenities you would expect and some nice luxury touches to make it feel extra special. The property was well presented and thoroughly clean throughout. The host Charlotte was super helpful and friendly and we communicated throughout the stay, zero issues and was great to deal with such lovely people. We loved the area of Wanstead village, the property is literally on the High St where there are a plethora of good shops and amazing local restaurants to try out. Lovely walks nearby to explore nature. A highlight for us was private parking as we had our vehicle with us, the forecourt was spacious and made it very convenient to come and go. Very close to 2 tube stations on the Central line which makes getting into central London a breeze. Would highly recommend this property and the hosts, A+ experience. Would definitely stay again.

me & my wife really liked Virginia's place,was quiet,peacefully,warm,a nice little kitchen with milk & tea,coffe etc added which was lovely thank you Virginia. down the road are Sainsbury's,m&s food hall, my fav food place,& a lovely pub with nice food,& coffe places to go for lunch or relax with a coffe & cake,& a few other shops,& charity shops,all a less than 10 min walk away. would stay again.

Primose Lodge is a fabulous small barn conversion set in the rolling East Sussex countryside. It has everything you would expect to find in this well appointed and cosy getaway. A home from home. Definitely recommend.

We had a super stay ,wanted for nothing amenities were splendid parking space extreamly handy .felt at home and Amber our dog loved her visit and enjoyed playing with the toys .this home was close to other transport links and D a wonderfuf park with a great pub .

Todo ha estado perfecto. La anfitriona es muy atenta, cercana y siempre pendiente de que todo esté bien. El alojamiento es acogedor, íntimo y muy bien cuidado. ¡Una experiencia excelente, totalmente recomendable!
