Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Cosy Studio next to Paris LaDéfense

My studio is a 7 minute walk from the station RER A Nanterre Ville and bus stops. It is next to the Park Chemin de l’île, the city market of Nanterre Ville, the University of Paris 10 Nanterre, and la Défense, the business district. You will appreciate my place for its comfort, its large living room, its terrace and little garden, its independance, and its very quiet neighbourhood. My studio is perfect for couples, travellers and businessmen and women. Time to Orly airport: 1h10 - Roissy: 1h20.

Unique Apt in the Marais/Beaubourg

The perfect place to discover Paris. Our spacious 70 m2 are situated next to the famous Centre Pompidou in the city center of Paris. You can easily discover the whole town on foot, lots of sites are near-by. We are located on the first floor (no lift, but only one flight of stairs) in a pedestrian area without traffic. Sleeping is very calm. The neighborhood though is lively with lots of cafés and restaurants around. It will be a pleasure for us to provide recommendations for a happy stay!

IMPORTANT: Le bien est inadapté pour un groupe ou personne à mobilité réduite. Un logement "Semi- enterré" atypique avec ces grandes fenêtres totalement indépendant de 32 m2.Les photos panoramiques pour bien comprendre sa configuration. Proximité du grand axe des transports bus, rer et tram. Appartement convivial , simple et confortable. 1h de CDG, 15mn Orly par orlyval et 17 mn de paris ( Saint Michel). Parc de sceaux à 50m. Je vous recommande de bien lire la description et comparer.

Lovely flat in the 'High Marais". On the court and sunny. Near Picasso Museum - Georges Pompidou Center - Montorgeuil. Open kitchen and big bathroom. Very comfortable for a perfect moment in Paris! Joli appartement dans le haut Marais. Sur cour et baigné de lumière. A deux pas du Musée Picasso - du centre Georges Pompidou - du quartier piéton de Montorgeuil. Cuisine équipée et ouverte sur le salon, grande salle de bain. Tout le confort pour que votre séjour à Paris soit parfait!

Welcome to our house of 170 m2 on a plot of 650 m2 in the city center of Longjumeau. Interior entirely renovated with a RDC consisting of a vestibule, an independent TOILET, a living room, a kitchen dinner next to a workshop which can serve as dining room on a total of 100 m2. On the floor you will find a parental suite of 30 m2 with its room of water and its dressing, two rooms of 13 m2, a dressing and a bathroom.
