Executive Traveler's Retreat

This is a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom home located across the street from lovely Bohemian Park in the Arden area of Sacramento. Driveway parking available, easy freeway access to Business 80 and walking distance to Town and Country village with shopping, Trader Joe's, Starbucks, restaurants and groceries. Contemporary and modern furnishings in a classic home comfortably appointed to meet your business and travels needs. If you smoke or vape cigarettes, marijuana, or CBD, we are not a good fit.

Be our guest! Reserve and relax in our 1 BR guest suite ( attached to main house) , own secured entrance, living space with 1 pull out sofa bed, own full bathroom, kitchenette, work area and own laundry room w/ washer & dryer for your own convenience. Private parking available. Unit is being sanitized after each guest . Starter toiletries and cleaning supplies provided. NO cleaning fee but will charge accordingly if unit will be left untidy. Please be respectful of house rules. Thank you.

Perfect long term rental home in a peaceful place

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place, 15 minutes from the Airport and to Downtown Sacramento. This 3 bed/ 3 full baths home is family friendly, spacious and has a dedicated work space. The neighborhood has a country feel, its quiet and peaceful. Important: - No smoking allowed. There is a $1000 fee per occurrence. - The front gate opens manually. - Please drive at 10 miles per hour max when coming into and going out the neighborhood.
