Serene Studio is just that- a quiet, peaceful, private space to lay your head after exploring St. Augustine. Our 500 sq. foot studio cottage is detached from the main house, where we live. It's set in a residential neighborhood that runs along the Intracoastal Waterway (which makes for gorgeous morning or evening strolls). We're a 10 minute car ride (without traffic!!) to the historic downtown or St. Augustine Beach. Serene Studio is the best of both worlds without the noise, hustle and bustle!

15 minutes from ol' St Augui. Located in the heart of this typical Florida woods and nested by oaks that saw the Seminole War as we are walking distance from Ft Peyton and 2 miles away from where Osceola was captured. The house sits on half acre of gardens and the decor is ranch, asian and whimsical .The goal is for you to feel transported away for a while. I do have 2 very small, well behaved and quiet dogs and one never seen cat. They do not have access to your quarters or are allowed in.

Convenient shopping and close by restaurants. Full kitchen, spacious living area, large bedrooms (1 with TWINKLE mattress) ceiling fans. Pet friendly! (Some restrictions apply, advance notice required!) Base rate covers up to 4 guests and there's a small upcharge for 5 or more. Motorcycle friendly! We also do live on the property!

The tiny house at the Crescent Beach house is a one bedroom one bath detached guesthouse ! The bedroom includes a queen bed and closet. There is a great kitchen with a full size stove/oven, keurig, and microwave. Wifi and large smart tv for own subscriptions, no cable. Beach chairs, towels, and umbrella included! Soak in the great Florida beach lifestyle. There’s a board walk beach access at the end of the street ! This tiny house is adjacent to a two story home which is a separate Airbnb!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway nestled in the Tree Tops. All new appliances, furniture, electronics, sheets, and towels are found in this totally remodeled home. No expense was spared in making your stay as comfortable as possible. This is your perfect get away from the hustle and bustle of life. Enjoy your first cup of coffee on one of 3 porches. Tree Tops is also close to popular attractions, located 6 miles to Vilano Beach and 4 miles to St. Augustine’s historic district.

It's a few short blocks to Intracoastal Waterway (ICW) where you can enjoy breath-taking walks. Short drive to everything!
