If I could rate this place 100/10, I would! I rented this home for my dad’s 100th birthday, and it exceeded every expectation. I was nervous about booking a place without seeing it in person, but Desiree quickly put me at ease. She sent detailed photos, answered all of my questions, and reassured me throughout the entire process. Now for the space itself. WOW. It was absolutely beautiful! The other reviews were right. It looks even better in person. Everything was clean, well maintained, and fully functional. And the views of the river were just breathtaking. The house was also incredibly family and kid friendly. There were so many thoughtful touches and fun details, including tons of games like giant Tetris. Our guests could not stop raving about how beautiful it was, and my dad was all smiles the entire night. If you are on the fence about booking this place, let me help you decide. Do it. You will not regret it. This was hands down the best experience ever!

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was extremely kid friendly, which was so nice. My 3 year old felt right at home. Check in was super easy and everything was clean. If I'm ever in the area again, I'd be happy to stay again!

10 stars! If I could. The place and surroundings are breathtaking. The phenomenal hosts have thought of everything, and then some. Definitely would like to return soon. I’ve stayed at a many Airbnb, but this place is next level amazing. And that’s an understatement by the way.

I absolutely loved this house! The house is just as described actually better. The yard is a resort by itself. I felt like I was at a tropical location. Loved this house! The host Maria is truly a Super Host her communication and detail is bare none. She missed no details when prepping this house. Everything we needed was right there. We had a wonderful, peaceful stay at Jennifer’s! The cottage is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Instructions were clear, check in was simple, and the cottage looked just like the photos. There was everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Jennifer and Craig were also very quick to respond whenever we had any questions. There were also many restaurants/shops nearby! We will definitely be staying again in the future!

Appreciated the trees, foliage and plants that added to the enjoyment of the residence. Nice area. Flexible and considerate owner that takes pride in the home. Great experience.
