If I could rate this place 100/10, I would! I rented this home for my dad’s 100th birthday, and it exceeded every expectation. I was nervous about booking a place without seeing it in person, but Desiree quickly put me at ease. She sent detailed photos, answered all of my questions, and reassured me throughout the entire process. Now for the space itself. WOW. It was absolutely beautiful! The other reviews were right. It looks even better in person. Everything was clean, well maintained, and fully functional. And the views of the river were just breathtaking. The house was also incredibly family and kid friendly. There were so many thoughtful touches and fun details, including tons of games like giant Tetris. Our guests could not stop raving about how beautiful it was, and my dad was all smiles the entire night. If you are on the fence about booking this place, let me help you decide. Do it. You will not regret it. This was hands down the best experience ever!

Such a wonderful 2 bedroom with 2 bath to stay while our remodeling. We ended up staying at Teya's place for 2 whole months and it did feel like second home to us. Thank you

Perfect base for visiting Sacramento and surrounding areas. Accommodation was excellent and was perfect for what we required. Close to local amenities and restaurants. We would recommend staying here.

Me and my husband came for my birthday to get out of our town and enjoy some fun things to do and food in sac! The cottage was exactly what we were looking for.. it was very clean, quaint, and in a very quiet neighborhood within walking or driving distance of a lot of things to do and places to eat. The jacuzzi was very clean and fun to enjoy for an evening of winding down with a glass of wine! I cant recommend this place enough for someone looking to enjoy a quiet, nice evening or trip to sac! The host was very communicative and nice! She made our check in/out so easy and was responsive!

I loved my stay at Susan’s! Was very easy to locate and get inside. Susan was responsive and the description of the stay was accurate. Great location with a trail running behind it.

My family and I had a wonderful time. This was a great home for kids and we had an awesome time cooking together in the kitchen.

Great location, less than a mile from the supermarket, places to grab a bite and the freeway. It was nice and quiet, the place was spotless when i arrived. Host communicated instructions perfectly. Couldn’t be happier with my stay.

Lindsay’s place was great. It was easy to find, easy to check in and out of. Lindsay was very communicative and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a nice place to stay and relaxing after packing up my house and waiting to get on the road to my new destination. Teya responded quickly and I would recommend staying here.

Fawsia's place was amazing. Her and her husband Ash are wonderful people who greeted us when we arrived with their lovely extremely friendly dog Max. The place inside is beautifully designed with wonderful African art. We felt at peace and welcomed in this space and very appreciative of them to open up their one of a kind sanctuary to spend the weekend at. Whenever we have an activity to attend in Elk grove we will stay again. Wonderful people and atmosphere. Everything was perfect.

The place was spacious, clean, and so comfortable. Best of all, it was at the perfect distance for cycling to Sac State. We were able to enjoy cooking in the exceptionally well-equipped kitchen and even took advantage of the garden and splash pool. Also, I was grateful to have a desk to work at. Honestly, there were so many wonderful aspects of our stay that I could go on and on. Needless to say, we loved every minute of it. Thank you to our host, Marwa, for providing such with a fantastic experience!

Sandy's house is clean, comfortable, and absolutely lovely. A group of 4 of us had the house for 5 nights while attending a conference at UC Davis. The house was conveniently located (2 miles / 10 minute drive) and our check-in / check-out process was smooth. Sandy was so flexible about the check-in and check-out times as well, which made our trip all the more manageable. Leading up to our stay and throughout the visit, Sandy was always available and responded promptly to any questions or concerns. Thank you for a great stay!

Excellent option for a family/group wanting to stay together and possibly have a few people over for small gatherings. We booked this house because my family wanted to stay together while we were in town for a funeral. It was perfectly located for where we wanted to be. We found the house and yard to actually be bigger than it appears in the pictures! We accidentally missed the note that the pool isn't heated, but we were okay with that because the days were warm enough to take a few cooling dips! The area is very close to the highway, but also very peaceful and quiet and we were able to spot the turkeys and the peacock that live in the neighborhood. It was nice to have two full baths available for the size of our group. We also took advantage of having washer and dryer available. The only negative that we found was that there was one bed that nobody was able to sleep in because it was very uncomfortable. We were able to overcome that issue by having one person sleep on the couch.

comfortable home, matches photos, responsive host, cutest neighborhood! we were in town for a marathon and house was perfect for our needs. well-appointed kitchen had everything we needed for simple breakfasts + lunches. checked out some good restaurants for dinner within few minutes drive. great coffee shop just a couple blocks away. adorable neighborhood to take a walk or run in. beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean. host was very responsive for anything we needed.

Codi was the best host I have ever come across. My father passed away, and I had to accommodate for out of town family members and Codi went over and beyond to get the place ready for the family. He’s very responsive and more importantly, very generous for allowing us to have the family gathering here. Thank you, Codi and I highly recommend this beautiful home. Plenty of room various seating areas for privacy. Everyone was very happy with their accommodations.

Brent and Joan's place really fit the bill for us. The space is comfortable, and there were lots of nice touches. Our favorite thing was sitting out in the beautiful garden reading. We would definitely stay at Brent and Joan's again when visiting family in the area.
