You’ll love Scott Hill Cabin because of the view, ambience, and location. There are brochures in the cabin to see what options our area has for you. The actual address of the cabin is 1166 Orchard Road. We allow pets, but just ask for prior knowledge. We are just minutes from 2 separate trailheads to the Appalachian Trail. Despite the listing saying 2 beds, it is in fact, 1 double bed. Sorry for the listing mistake. We want to extend a military discount to our past and present service members.

Our mountain sanctuary

Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

Enjoy this quaint 1 BR apartment in a family neighborhood in the Tree Streets historic district. The space is newly renovated, full of light, and is completely private and quiet - with an extra sleeper sofa. On the second floor. A short walk to the heart of JC or to the ETSU campus. This space is perfect for a single person, or a couple traveling with or without a child, and has everything you need to settle in for a night or two, or a week or two. Easy in, easy out. The tiny house is located behind a big garage with a large gravel parking lot. It is very secluded and quaint away from the main road. The parking area is behind at the back porch on the tiny house were you can sit and enjoy peace and quiet. We are 1 mi from South Holston Lake. 2 mi from Creeper Trail, 6 mi Main Street Abingdon, 8 mi downtown Bristol, 10 mi Bristol Speedway. We have farm animals in the fields beside the tiny house that are very friendly. All the farm animals enjoy visitors.

We have Kayaks and life jackets available upon request at no charge (life jackets required!). Enjoy some time on the hammocks by the river or step into the hot tub on the deck over looking the river. Please note we do have a video camera overlooking the driveway as well as overlooking the stairway and river bank below the river cottage.

This home is situated at the rear of our property in a rural area only 10 minutes from Elizabethton; a quiet and peaceful Vacation Retreat.
