Seafront Junior Villa with private heated Jacuzzi

Οι βίλες Vlamis αποτελούνται από 4 παρακείμενα διαμερίσματα και ένα ξεχωριστά, την Junior Villa. Η βίλα ανακαινίστηκε το 2023. Ο σχεδιασμός βασίζεται σε καθαρές γεωμετρίες και φυσικά υλικά σε ανοιχτούς τόνους. Χρησιμοποιήθηκαν υλικά όπως το ξύλο και το ύφασμα, σε συνδυασμό με τεχνοτροπίες σε παστέλ τόνους, για να δημιουργήσουμε ένα φιλόξενο και ηρεμο περιβάλλον για τους επισκέπτες. Έμφαση δόθηκε στη μελέτη του φωτισμού προκειμένου να συνδυαστούν διαφορετικές ποιότητες φωτισμού μέσα στη μέρα.

Sunset Elafonisi Sea & Pool View Apartment

The Apartments are located in Livadia and are only 200m from the sea, while Elafonisi is only 13km away. At 450-650m there is a canteen and a local tavern. For the sea lovers, at 500m there is a pristine pebble beach, while at 5km Stomio Bay will make your afternoons most memorable. Only 7.4 km away you may find restaurants and a mini market. Continuing on, one meets the world-famous white lake, and then reaches the magnificent Elafonisi, a place that many of the world’s travellers talk about.

Η συγκεκριμένη σουίτα είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένη, βρίσκεται στον πρώτο όροφο ενός τριώροφου κτηρίου το οποίο απαρτίζεται από συνολικά τρείς σουίτες , μια στον κάθε όροφο . Το κτήριο βρίσκεται στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης με πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό και ποτό ,ανεμπόδιστη θέα στην θάλασσα την οποία μπορείτε να απολαύσετε είτε από το άνετο μπαλκόνι μας είτε χαλαρώνοντας μέσα στο άνετο τζακούζι . Η σουίτα διαθέτει κρεβάτι διάστασης 160x200 με στρώμα και μαξιλάρια αφρού μνήμης istikbal.

Noana's home on the beach!!

Το σπίτι είναι καινούργιο και έτοιμο να φιλοξενήσει τους επισκέπτες που θέλουν να χαλαρώσουν και να απολαύσουν τις διακοπές τους δίπλα στη θάλασσα. Η γειτονιά είναι πολύ φιλόξενη και ήσυχη,100 μέτρα από το γραφικό λιμανάκι του Κολυμπαρίου και 20 μέτρα μακρυά από την παραλία. Πολύ κοντά στο σπίτι θα βρείτε σούπερ μάρκετ, φαρμακείο, γυμναστήριο, φούρνο, καφέ, παραδοσιακές ταβέρνες, μαγαζί με φρέσκα φρούτα και λαχανικά καθώς και μαγαζί με φρέσκα ψάρια. Περιμένουμε να σας υποδεχτούμε!!

Domicilechania - Venetian Residence

The Domicilechania "Venetian Residence" was built in the14th century and is known as the Venetian Rectors Palace. It was also used as the Treasury and the Archives of the Venetian administration. Overlooking the old harbor and the Venetian lighthouse its view is unique. Ideal for one or two couples or families with max. 3 children. The Venetian Residence is the ideal spot to explore the old city of Chania but also the countryside of the region. The nearest beach is 10 min. on foot.

Casa 28 III

CASA 28 III is a freshly renovated apartment in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Chania, a breath away from the Venetian old harbour and the center and close to the beach also..! So close to the center but so quiet neighborhood with plenty free parkings around , equipment with anything you need, brand new household appliances and furniture. Feel free to ask for any clarification! It would be our pleasure to accommodate you in our beautiful apartment.

Luxury Studio El Arte on the beach

Newly renovated luxurious studio with magnificent sea view to the Libian sea. You will love the spacious shared roof terrace , 30 sm in total. Located 2 minutes walking distance from the beach as well as from the city centre, shopping district and café/ bar area, super market & port. There is a beach just beneath the apartment (50 meters), and all the other beaches are accessible on foot.

SEASIDE Old Venetian Harbour 2nd Floor

Single room with living room, 45 sm sofa bed, TV, air conditioning, window with access to the balcony with table with chairs, wi-fi, kitchenette with two hotplates, separate mini oven, electric appliances, bedroom with double bed, dining room and bathroom with hydromassage column and hairdryer. It also has a solar water heater with a continuous hot water supply. There is no elevator

Villa Athina in front of the sea

Villa Athina is located right next to the sea at the famous area Tabakaria, only 5 min away by car and 20 min on foot from the city centre of Chania and the old Venetian harbour. The villa's neat interiors, it’s location by the sea and the amazing sea view can guarantee a pleasant and relaxing holiday.
