SJU Parrot House & Pool Private Home

Beautiful place for family gatherings. The home provides 3 bedrooms & 2.5 baths in the heart of San Juan, 10 minutes from the airport. It is 1500+ square feet of living space that comfortably accommodates families of up to 8 people. Your booking is to reserve the whole house with its pool for your private use. No one else has access to the pool or backyard. For our guest’s convenience, the home has a large water cistern, full power generator & high-speed internet.

In it's good days it hosted a good number of University of Puerto Rico ladies. Steps from a popular Latin food restaurant and two blocks from a local restaurant for breakfast. Close to night life and from downtown Rio Piedras. About 20 minutes from San Juan and nearest beaches.
