Ich hatte mit Freunden eine schöne Zeit in Orlando. Die Tage haben wir gemütlich bei einem Bier im schönen Hinterhof von Frank ausklingen lassen.

Second stay and we just love the convenient location and quiet neighborhood. Heather's place is a Deland gem.

We had a wonderful stay! We came down to celebrate our daughter’s engagement and Juan accommodated us early and was very helpful! It was a wonderful place and it worked perfectly to gather together with family. We had a small celebration after the engagement and the house had plenty of dishes to use for food and the ambiance was great- piano, fireplace, nice big table for laying out food. We also loved the backyard but it was too cold to use the pool or fire pit, but still lovely features. It was wonderful that each bedroom had their own en suite bathroom..no fighting over who would get the best room! The house was clean, cozy and comfortable. The neighbors concerned me a little, but we felt safe. The road out front was a bit noisy but it’s also very close to Publix and other shopping which was great. Overal,l we would recommend staying there.. it was a wonderful experience!

Our family of 8 stayed 4 nights during my niece’s wedding weekend. The house is spacious and met the needs of my parents and my adult sons & their wives. The house is a short block from the beach with direct access onto the sand. It is close to great restaurants. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Sherri was very communicative with quick responses. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful area and a great location surrounding close by restaurants. The hosts were accommodating and made check in super easy. A nice home away from home.

The property is as advertised. Plenty of amenities! Everything was immaculately clean when we arrived. Instructions provided prior to check in and prior to check out were easy to follow. We would stay here again!

Stayed here for my cousins wedding. It was a great place to stay. My dog enjoyed the backyard and the house was very nice. Would be a place we would stay again if needed!

Nice place, loved the location as I like to go to NSB as well as Daytona. Was great having a fenced in backyard even though we take the dogs most every where we go because there are so many pet friendly places that you can take them, but it’s nice to let them out to take care of business without having to take ‘em out. Will be a place I’d stay again for sure. ✌🏻

We loved our 2nd stay at the Ranch and plan to visit again soon in a couple months. Love how it's close to town but far enough away from it. The peacefulness of the country is relaxing.

Michele's place was exactly as advertised. Very close to some great beaches and towns as well as any amenity you could need. The neighbourhood was very quiet and nice. All of the neighbours we encountered were very friendly. The house itself was well equipped, very clean and comfortable. We had a great stay and highly recommend this home!

The house was comfortable , inviting and very nice. Spacious layout within minutes of the UCF campus. Our family had a wonderful time, even with a few hiccups with the pool. But rest assured Jeremy made those few issues right. Will stay again and hopefully soon!

Heidy’s place was exactly what we needed for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. Communicating was easy and always a quick response. The pool was beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet. Close to restaurants/stores. Very easy to get to the airport. Would definitely stay at Heidy’s place again!

Carla’s home is the perfect place to stay in New Smyrna. It is very clean and spacious with 3 spread out bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed and the touches in the home were great. There are mirrors and tissue boxes in bedrooms, well supplied toiletries, paper towels and pantry items. The pool and hot tub were a great feature. Very clean and inviting. A 2 minute walk to the beach and less than 5 to Flagler Ave with the restaurants and shopping. Excellent location on a quiet street. Highly recommend this place.

We felt right at home in Matt's place. The house was big and spacious, we absolutely loved the pool on the back porch. Was a perfect setting to grill dinner and enjoy the pool, was very hot outside but the back porch was very shaded and comfortable you could feel the ocean breeze., just perfect!! The ocean access was very close walking distance. The garage was also stocked with all you need for a day at the beach. Coolers, umbrellas, chairs, even beach toys for the kids. The kitchen was also stocked with everything you need to cook a meal for your family. The snacks and bottle of wine that was left for us by Matt was a great surprise and treat after a 6 hour drive. Plenty of restaurants within good driving distance. Plus a circle K at the top of the road. Matt was very responsive to my messages. We would definitely stay at Matt's again in the future. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Nicholas was a super responsive communicative and friendly host. He was able to accommodate an early arrival with no problem and met us upon arrival to review the workings of the house. He lives next door and was able to respond immediately to any questions. The interior of the house is beautiful and looks to have been very recently completely remodeled and renovated and furnished. The pool was a great amenity and very refreshing after a day in the heat and humidity. Appliances and televisions were new and furnishings stylish and up to date. We hope to stay at his home again next year. Nicholas is a super friendly guy and was a pleasure to encounter.

Albia was very accommodating when I needed to check-in a little early to be ready for a graduation at UCF. She was responsive and had the place clean and ready for me. The Tiny House is cute and what I expected for a Tiny House. The yard surrounding it was also nicely groomed with the waterfall pond, bistro table and chairs, and porch chairs to enjoy the outdoors. There was also an eliptical in the side yard that I briefly used. The kitchen was well equipped, but beware that the microwave is very small! The only problem I had was with the music. I loved the music- but I could not get it to turn off. I was not aware that Alexa was controlling the music - as I did not see an Alexa. My bad! Neighborhood was quiet, but not what I was expecting. Altogether, the visit was great! Thank you for allowing me to use your house!

I was really impressed at how well organized the space was, despite being small. They were able to set it up in a way that all needs are taken care of. I especially appreciated the expanding desk. I work from home and was able to have a comfortable 2 monitor setup with extra space for my week stay. The house is located in a quiet dead-end in a high-end neighborhood, and I felt very safe going for walks around the lakes. Overall, I had a great stay and am glad I chose Amber's place for it.

Thankyou for a wonderful trip. You were a host that we will remember for a long timw. Your place was perfect for our trip. More spacious than it looks. But most of all, you were the kindest, most proactive host we've ever had. And check-in was a breeze and so well explained. And for ONCE the check out instructions were WONDERFUL. So simple and didn't seem like so many rules and things to do lol. Sounds silly, but it was so nice. The quick walk across to the beach was just wonderful! I feel like we should know you! You were just that friendly! ❤️❤️

Loata’s place worked really well for us and our two pets! We booked last minute and she was very accommodating and the animals enjoyed the partially fenced back yard. Overall it was a great stay and Loata is an amazing host. Thank you!

Gostei muito da casa, estava tudo organizado, os quartos são bons e o espaço para dois carros foi excelente. Chuveiro bom, ar condicionado muito bom, um lugar muito tranquilo para passar uns dias e aproveitar Orlando.

What a wonderful trip! Cindy was very helpful & responsive. The home was so clean & felt very comfortable, worked great for our whole family. We’ll definitely be back!

The home is equipped with just about anything you could possibly need. We had 2 adults, 3 boys (high school and college ages) and 2 dogs. The boys loved having access to a keyboard and guitar while they were away from home. The dogs loved the large fully fenced in yard and pool (the back yard is larger than it appears). Our Golden Retriever especially was in haven here. Not only did he have access to a pool, but Dory had tons of dog toys inside and tons of balls outside waiting for him. She even has the perfect set up to keep the wet dogs in the laundry room while they dry off. Our 2nd dog with us has dementia and doesn't know what he's doing most of the time. That little guy didn't realize there was a pool and fell in a few times. Dory was prepared (because she has thought of everything) and already had 2 dog life vests in the home. We got to meet Dory, and she is an absolute pleasure. So much so that I wish we lived closer so that we could be friends.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described—if not better. Every little detail had been thoughtfully considered to make guests feel welcome and comfortable, from the cozy linens to the fully equipped kitchen and thoughtful touches throughout. The spiral staircase was a bit small but I was able to manage by accessing the second floor through the patio steps. What truly made the experience stand out, though, was the host. Davidson was incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. Communication was clear and easy from the moment I booked and I even had a great conversation with the maintenance guy. The reason why I needed the place for one night is because I had a final exam that took place near the property. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient stay. Thank you so much for the hospitality!
