Colleen was such a great host. We loved our accommodations and really didn’t want to leave! The best time!!

Due to unforeseen circumstances with a scheduled rental, Dennis came through at the last minute over the New years holiday and responded promptly late in the evening to answer questions and confirm that the location could be rented on New years eve. Greatly appreciated. Being able to have balconies ocean front from both bedrooms and living room was wonderful.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The condo was beautifully stocked with everything we needed, making it feel like a home away from home. The first-floor location was so convenient, with easy access to the pool, hot tub, and grill area. The pool area itself was fantastic—plenty of lounge chairs, never too crowded, and overall very peaceful. The beach was just steps away, and we loved watching the breathtaking sunrises each morning. The building and grounds were impeccably maintained—everything was clean and well-kept. We also enjoyed dining at the restaurant on the pier, which was just a short walk away. Communication with the owner was excellent, making the entire experience seamless. We highly recommend this Airbnb and can’t wait to return for another perfect getaway!

Chris was a wonderful host who was easy to communicate with and provided everything we needed. I would recommend 10/10 and would definitely go back and rent with Chris again! My family had a wonderful vacation!

We fish tournaments and frequently stay in BNB’s. This was hands down the best one yet. The host contacted me once we arrived and walked me through everything on the phone so we knew where everything was. We had an issue with no hot water, I contacted her and she had it fixed before we returned to the house the next day. She was very flexible on the check in/out procedure which made things easy for us. The house was great and we had a cover to back the boat under so it stay dry without having to put cover on it. We will definitely use the place again. Highly recommend for anyone in the area.

Catherine's place is a nice place and as described. The pool and amenities at the condo recreation centers are superb and the beach is a short walk. We drove to Rec building #2 and parked there to shorten the walk to the beach when carrying items such as the beach chairs. There is good noise isolation between condos even when there was a party in the unit next door. We would be happy to stay again.

The house is on a secluded road with lots of privacy which we enjoyed. The lot itself is wooded and the property is beautiful. Our families spent every evening sitting at the picnic table in the front yard enjoying several bottles of wine. The house has two bedrooms upstairs that share a bathroom. The upstairs bedrooms have AC window units. There are three bedrooms downstairs, each with a private bathroom. The main AC kept the downstairs very cool. The bedroom to the left as you enter the house is sunken (~10 inches). The bedrooms, bathrooms, and house itself were all very clean. No hand soap was provided. There was one hairdryer and an iron for use. One towel and washcloth per person provided. No hand towels or dish towels, which was unexpected. Due to some rickety steps, you must go around the house from the front to get to the backyard. If we were to go back to Longwood for another large family gathering, we would rent this home again. We do recommend it to others.

This is our 3rd time staying here and we absolutely love it!!! The host always provides ALL of the essentials you could ever need for both the house and the beach! The location is perfect and a short walk to the ocean! 5 stars all the way around!

We had an awesome time at the Salty Pelican Beach House. Anne Marie answered every question I threw her way, even before I hit “book.” After I reserved, she sent a super helpful guide to the house and to New Smyrna, and she even let us check out late. The place looks exactly like the photos. The living room and kitchen are wide-open and roomy, with plenty of seats for our crew of five people. The kitchen has everything: Ninja blender, air fryer toaster oven, tons of plates, cups, and utensils. Outside there’s a nice fire pit area, though we didn’t hang there much. Best part? The beach is about a five-minute walk. We loved staying at the Salty Pelican and I’d book it again in a heartbeat.

Lovely house and neighborhood. Great hostess. We had a lovely relaxing time. Lots to eat and do/see around. Highly recommend staying here!

As advertised, the house IS historic. There are some areas that could use some updating, but they weren’t big issues. We only had 5 people staying, but the house is big and could definitely accommodate much more. The house is close to downtown which is cute with lots of restaurants and little shops. We were in town for a skydiving competition and this house is just 10 minutes from the drop zone. It’s the perfect crash pad for teams or groups traveling from out of town! The host was very responsive and flexible as we had to add a day weeks after booking. Instructions were very clear, and the hosts take some of the nuances away from you that make checking out easy breezy. Dirty dishes? Just leave them in the sink. Used towels, just leave them in the bathroom. No stripping of the beds needed, no need to take out trash just gather in bags. Would definitely book again if ever coming back to the area!

This house fit our family’s needs perfectly. The expansive living area provided plenty of room for our group of 7 adults and 2 children under 10 years old. The pool table and ping pong table were an added source of entertainment for everyone. The hosts were generous with the supplies and very responsive when we had a question. Would definitely stay here again!

we loved the atmosphere and the florida vibes we experienced while on our stay. would highly recommend. shared pool area but we had plenty of privacy to enjoy and the host was very friendly and quick to respond with any questions we may have had.

I felt like I was at home. I was able to cook and bake without having to eat out. After a long day at work, I could relax feeding the goats, chickens, donkey and chicks. I walked by dog all over the property and so enjoyed the couple sharing their home with me!! I will definitely book again. Book early as I missed out on my next stay as it was booked up.

Donald’s place was perfect for my friend and I to have a relaxing week in sunny Florida. His unit is as described and met all our needs. The location is ideal if you’re looking for a quiet beach getaway.

Glynis was quick to respond when my girls & I unexpectedly ended up with nowhere to stay when we got to NSB. She let us into the unit, and when the AC went out it was easily resolved within 24 hours. We had to work together a little more than perhaps some hostess/guests would normally, but everything went smoothly with no disruption to our vacation. The air guys were amazing to work with and Glynis was extra helpful and lightning fast when responding to anything! Location is right across from the beach and about a 2 minute walk from front door to the crosswalk. We’ve been going to MSB for years and didn’t need help finding fav restaurants but there was a welcome booklet with tons of wonderful suggestions/many of which were on our fav list already. Thanks again!

Dariya's place was very peaceful, no disturbances what so ever, beautiful place place. Quite responses whenever i had questions. Conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. I would definitely recommend.

Our three night stay at Kim’s place was excellent. The houseboat is well designed and immaculate. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. Kim was always responsive to any questions. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the turtles and birds. There are many restaurants in Sanford or just stay at the harbor and eat at the deli or the bar. We would love to stay again.

We enjoyed our stay! John did a great job of communicating with us. We had plenty of room for 7 adults. Nice outside space and comfortable inside living areas.

We had a great time at Hope’s condo. Great location next to the ocean, woke up every morning and watched the sunrise over the Atlantic. The place was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. Close to many great restaurants and grocery stores.

Great place for a family to get together and share a few days with their kids and grandkids!

This was my second stay with Lynn at her beautiful space. I had an amazing stay with everything as perfect as the first time! Bright, clean and very nicely decorated, the unit is fully equipped for anything you'd need. There is a BRAND-NEW pool on premises overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and nicely viewed from the balcony. The building is private, unlike most of the locations on the beach, so it is very quiet. Thanks again, Lynn, and I'll be back later this year!
