THINK TINY, THINK ADVENTURE Modern TINY (16') Home on Wheels was inspired and built with a desire for minimalism, clean lines and efficiency of space. It has all the modern amenities you need in the midst of Nature. Space is sufficient but limited. Tiny is located inside "Lone Pine Mobile Oasis" RV PARK, on the west side of HWY 395, and Lubken Canyon. There is Hwy noise and there are neighbors. Semi's do drive the Hwy during the night. Cedar Tiny Cabin

Cozy Tiny Cabin with kitchen and sleeping loft. Enjoy views and the stars on the peaceful 24 acres this cabin shares. Close to Bass Lake and 23 miles to Yosemite South Gate Entrance (Mariposa Grove) or 90 minutes to Yosemite Valley. Amenities include queen bed, full size sofa bed, small sleeping loft with queen, microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, A/C and heat, and a 6-hole disc golf course! This is one of two tiny cabins on the property. Book the Manzanita Cabin also and share with friends.

Tiny Cabin

Our Tiny Cabin is one of two tiny houses located on our property. It has a full bathroom w/shower, fully stocked kitchenette, living area, full size sofa bed & a loft with a queen mattress. The front deck is great for relaxing & we've supplied a BBQ grill for outdoor cooking. Located next to Bandit Town, 4.5 miles from the south shore of Bass Lake, 25 miles from Yosemite's south gate or you can meander thru the Scenic Byway for plenty of hiking & 100 miles of amazing peaks, valleys & meadows.

Perched gracefully along the Kaweah River, this modern retreat invites you into a slower rhythm — where the line between indoors & out blurs, & every moment feels curated for comfort & calm. Minutes to the entrance of Sequoia National Park. Mornings begin with coffee on the terrace, sunlight filtering through native trees, & the river gently shaping the day’s tempo. Afternoons are for exploring nearby trails or following the water’s edge, while evenings bring stargazing and quiet reflection.

Big Pine Cottage Hideaway

Big Pine Cottage Hideaway! Our guest house has a fenced yard with a seasonal creek running through it. It has a parking area that can accommodate 2 vehicles. It is close walking distance to the downtown area. Big Pine is a small town, so morning and evening walks are a must. The base of the Eastern Sierra’s has many great places to explore. Small pets (30lbs) are allowed for a fee of $30 and is payable at check in. Pets are not to be left alone. WiFi is available, but can be spotty at times.

Our guest cottage is an architect-designed tiny home for 2, in a peaceful rural area. It is just 28 minutes from beautiful Kings Canyon National Park. There is a view of meadows and guests are welcome to stroll the half-mile around the property and view the sheep, dogs and horses. Birdlife is abundant and nearby is Cat Haven ( featuring lions, snow leopards etc.). Yosemite is within reach for a day trip . Great coffee 2 minutes away! Sorry, no assistance animals (see house rules)

Cozy Tiny House near Bass Lake, 13 Acres w/Hot Tub

New tiny house, on 13 private acres, suitable for two adults. Spend the day hiking at Yosemite and come home to your hot tub filled with mountain spring water and tidy tiny home. Over 13 acres with amazing views, in the residential zone near Bass Lake. There are two other homes on the 13 acres at the top of the property, but they are vacant and you have the property all to yourself! We now have Starlink for good internet connection and the cell service is good.
