The Old Classroom, Victorian school conversion

It has now been converted to a very high standard, providing a family home and holiday let. Perfectly located in mid-Cornwall, 10 mins from the A30 and A38, so ideal for exploring all parts of Cornwall, with many beautiful beaches and historic villages only 30 mins away.

The Winky Wonky Watershed, a peaceful 1 bed cabin

Get away from it all here, sit & watch the stars by the fire pit or lie in bed under the cosy duvet with double doors open & let the sea of green soak up all your stress’s. The cabin is cosy & has all you need for a comfortable get away. There is no wifi or power but battery packs are provided & can be charged at the house during the day. A camping gas hob is provided along with a bbq & fire pit. There is no heating but it is well insulated & there are blankets and hot water bottles provided.

We're 3.5 miles away from the picturesque village of St Neot and 8 miles away from the historic market town of Liskeard. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

In one of the quietest parts of Cornwall with complete privacy you will hear the hoots of owls and chorus of birdlife, and with no light pollution the night skies are magnificent. The coast is nearby, with the Fowey estuary just down the road, and glorious beaches and coastal footpath a short drive away. It is roomy and comfortable in all weathers, and comes with a private wild garden.

Our cottage is situated on Bodmin Moor in an area of oustanding natural beauty and on the outskirts of the hamlet of Warleggan. It is an ideal location for people who are looking to get away from it all, whilst still being within easy reach of major Cornish towns and sitting roughly equidistant between beautiful Cornish north and south coast beaches. The accommodation is a light and airy space with neutral decor, furnished partly with pieces from our travels in Africa.

This special place is a converted cobbler's shop opposite a church in the heart of the historic village of Tywardreath, which boasts a wonderful pub and shop. Fowey, the Eden Project and Charlestown are all just a short drive away. This charming cottage is self-contained and is within walking distance to Par Beach and Par Station. The fully equipped kitchen contains everything you need and there is an outside terrace to enjoy your morning coffee and a sundowner.
