Converted from an ancient barn, The Milking Parlour is part of Little Wadstray farm. Very peaceful and surrounded by rural views it is ten minutes from the beautiful beaches of the South Hams, close to the picturesque towns of Dartmouth, Totnes and Kingsbridge and an hour away from Dartmoor. A great spot from which to explore the beauties of South Devon. It has a fully fitted kitchen, a log burner, wifi and all creature comforts and has been finished in an 'industrial/French farmhouse' style.

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Valley View is located in the most tranquil setting close to the south Devon coastline, you can access popular areas such as Salcombe, Dartmouth and Kingsbridge all within 30 minutes. Totally detached, no road noise or interruptions… utter tranquillity. Admire the most beautiful sunrise and sunsets followed by an explosion of colour across the sky. As the night sets in, enjoy a glass of your favourite tipple outside and spend your evening stargazing over the valley from the hot tub.

The Annex, A Country Escape in South Devon

The Annex forms part of our lovely countryside home. It is a quiet and peaceful self contained 2 bed 2 bath property with its own entrance, parking and garden area. It is situated just a short walk from the SW coastal path and a mile from the outstanding beaches of East Portlemouth and the vibrant seaside town of Salcombe, across the harbour. Nick and Sameena your hosts have recently taken over hosting themselves and will do their very best to make your stay a happy and relaxed time.

Beautifully Renovated Blackberry Cottage

Blackberry Cottage is a 300 year old cottage which we have lovingly refurbished into a beautiful cottage for modern living. The spaces are light and airy, the kitchen is south facing and has bifold doors leading out to the patio and garden, bringing the outside in. Blackberry cottage is available on a weekly basis during the school holidays with changeover day being a Friday. Outside school holidays the cottage is available for 3 night minimum stays for your perfect seaside escape.

1 Town Cottage - East Prawle

You can find our cottage in the wonderful and unique village of East Prawle, the most southerly point of Devon. Our cottage with sea-views is on a quiet road and has one space for parking directly outside, it is a 5 minute walk from the brilliant local pub, village shop, cafe and coastal path Originally built in 1750 for the farmer’s tenants, we’ve recently restored and renovated the building (hence why it’s new to book!) You will find everything you need for a wonderful stay

Sweetsides Shepherds Hut

Stay in a beautiful handcrafted Shepherd's hut with wood burning hot tub, overlooking the rolling Devon hills surrounding the Salcombe Estuary. This hut has been lovingly crafted from reclaimed materials salvaged from the working farm, set amidst an area of outstanding natural beauty. Short breaks are welcome and you'll be staying in our bright annexe thoughtfully kitted out with a sitting room and well-equipped kitchen downstairs and pretty bedroom and shower room above - your very own tiny cottage! You'll also have a flower-filled courtyard garden and long views across the fields - count real sheep as you doze off...

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space..... Stover Way is a comfortable cottage surrounded by a walled garden with far reaching views over fields to the sea. Set on the edge of the popular rural coastal village of East Prawle. In the village is the quirky Pigs Nose Inn, open all year round, and a small seasonal shop and cafe. The nearest beach is a hilly 20 minute walk and the beautiful South West coast path is right on your doorstep.

Rose Byre is a stunning, recently refurbished barn conversion, set in a pretty walled courtyard with private parking. Ideal for exploring this outstanding area of South Devon. Beesands with its renowned pub & fish restaurant and the coastal path are less than a mile away. The barn is situated approx. 6 miles from Kingsbridge and 8 miles from Dartmouth. Salcombe is easily reached by foot ferry from East Portlemouth 5 miles away.
