We had a lovely stay here with my family (8 adults/4 couples, 1 toddler & 2 dogs - there was an extra fee for the second dog). It was spacious and very clean and tidy, with a lovely large dining table and comfortable sofas. Each couple had their own room and bathroom, with more space than we needed. The kitchen was well equipped and includes children’s plates and a high chair. Very close to the seafront and town, easy to park on the street. We are hoping to visit again next year!

What can I say…. Other than what a beautiful lovely little gem of a place this is to stay at. It was exactly what we needed for the situation we were in. Everything was beautifully presented and perfectly fitting for a quiet little retreat. The surrounding area is gorgeous and the place itself so quiet and tranquil. I can’t thank the hosts anymore for providing such a great little place to stay, and at a fantastic value for money!

Thank you for another excellent stay. This time we got to benefit from the coastal walks and open space straight out the back gate. Julie was a great help when my lad accidentally set off the house alarm. Within 15 minutes the alarm stopped and our day was saved as we had tickets booked! Brilliant hosting and was attentive that all our expectations were met through the break. Highly recommended and will come again if Julie will have us 🙂

Catherine is beyond a super host, we had everything we could possibly need and more. A condiments draw so we don’t need to worry about what we forgot! Hand cream, tissues, plenty of toilet roll and dishwasher tablets. Every kitchen utensil you could ever need. A welcome pack that was so very welcome. Good sized towels and plenty of them. Catherine is the hostess I would aspire to be if I did Airbnb! When we needed anything she responded so quickly and the property is so beautiful. Close to the seaside, wrapped by countryside and the garden is a dream, our dogs absolutely loved it as much as we did. I can not recommend higher, and I am a serial Airbnber!! Thank you 😊

Fantastic place for a short weekend, within short walking distances to a supermarket, pubs, restaurants, the beach, and funfair. House had everything we needed and for a great price. Definitely recommend.

Couldn’t have had a better last minute, bank holiday stay! Such a hidden gem that everyone needs to experience if you want to shut off and chill out for a few days, so peaceful and has everything that anyone could need. Barry couldn’t have been a better host if he tried, thank you so much for accommodating our last minute booking 🌟 As much as the location is private and quiet the local shops and takeaway is only about 10 mins drive away The garden area was very clean and equipped, the hot tub was fab and stayed hot once heated for a good few hours before needing the fire topped up. We’re already planning our next stay, thanks again If you’re thinking of booking - Do It!

I had to book a last minute trip and this was the perfect location, I was blown away at the location and thought this was great value for money immediately! It was such a nice touch being provided breakfast and tea to make and it was really what I needed after some long busy days. I’d recommend this as a perfect place to stay when visiting the Lincoln area and surroundings.

Peta’s lovely flat was a perfect place to stay for our family wedding at Aswarby Rectory. Peta was quick to respond to our messages, offering good advice on places to eat and taxis etc. The flat was warm, clean and well equipped, we enjoyed sitting chatting in the beautiful lounge. We didn’t stay long enough to make use of the lovely garden. There’s plenty of space to park two cars. Just across the road is Tablez bistro, thoroughly recommend their breakfasts. Many thanks Peta.

A very nice flat in a quiet location. Clean, fresh and well equipped. Everything worked as expected. The internet was very stable and fast enough for my easy tasks such as reading documents and messaging. Would definitively stay again.

We had a great stay at Mark's place, excellent value for money and perfectly situated a very short walk from the beach, pier and arcades as well as being close to the Cleethorpes town centre. Mark was very communicative and was very helpful, providing extra bedding when we requested it on the same day. We would definitely recommend to friends/family and we will definitely be staying here again.

I highly recommend staying at Anna’s place. Everything was clean and tidy and all the amenities we needed were provided. Anna was very helpful in providing instructions with check in and information about where we could park. The breakfast products were also a lovely personal touch.

Wow! Gil and Philip have created a magical experience that went far beyond our expectations. The lit log wood burner on our arrival was very welcome, the animals very friendly and the added extra treats really excelled. We loved our stay and would highly recommend, whether with children, friends, or as a romantic break.

Absolutely best place to stay for long period. The house is complete with wifi, tv, kitchen appliances & utensils. House is very clean. The host also very nice, friendly & proactive from time to time to communicate.

Had the most relaxing stay at this beautiful place, sad to he home. the apartment was lovely and very homely with everything you need and more, Its a nice short walk into the town centre, the area is so peaceful and calming and everyone is so friendly, lots of nice walks close by for the doggies. Fantastic annex property just a few minutes walk from Southwell Minster in a very peaceful residential area. Property was spotless and benefited from the owners beautiful gardens both front and back together with off-road parking. Even though only there for two nights we were provided with a very generous welcome pack (milk, eggs, butter, marmalade, bread and beer) which was an unexpected treat.

Wonderful apartment. Beautifully decorated and furnished. Very comfortable bed. Lovely extra touches to make you feel welcome such as milk in fridge, croissants, bubbly. Super responsive host.

Simply put, it’s a great place. Had such a relaxing few days, the town in which it’s located is beautiful. Our host, Martin was making sure we were absolutely comfortable. It’s a seven minute drive from Oakham from all the restaurants and bars and there’s a nice bar/restaurant close to the house within a couple of minutes walk I will definitely be staying again. I love it. Thanks

Excellent and helpful host. Lovely apartment with street parking immediately outside the door. Apartment has everything you need. Very clean and modern. Comfortable en-suite bedrooms. Spacious lounge with kitchen in one corner with everything there. Good sized smart TV and Bluetooth sound bar to connect to your phone. Great little secure yard area should you need to let dog out between walks. Peaceful at night, good nights sleep. Convenient local store a few steps away. A few further steps and you’re at the local breakfast bar:)

Clean, convenient, and as described — a good stay overall.

We had a fantastic few days at Mayfield. Sue was a great host, always quick to respond and very helpful. Mayfield was extremely comfortable and everything was top quality. The conservatory and back garden are a real haven of tranquillity and made for a really peaceful and relaxing few days. Sue had left us lots of little extras and there was a fabulous selection of teas too! It was an easy, short walk into Oakham which was great. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sue’s place.
