The bedroom has a television, WiFi, tea and coffee making facilities and a seating area . You will find a variety of teas and coffees in your room. A breakfast comprising of fruit, yoghurt, pastries, cereal/porridge and fruit juice which will be delivered to your room in the morning. I live on the edge of the city . Only 25 minutes walk to the historic cathedral & castle quarter . Lots of places to explore & plenty of restaurants & bars to enjoy . We have the West common 5 minutes away ,which is a haven for wildlife. Great if you want a walk & some fresh air .Lincoln has two areas , the “Uphill” which is the old historic part & then the lower , more commercial area with shops , train & bus stations. I would provide breakfast of cereal/toast , tea & coffee.

The bungalow has had a full refurbishment recently and has had a new kitchen and bathroom fitted. I do hope you find it comfortable. Please be aware that I have a cat 🐈 so if you do not like her or are allergic please do not stay. She does have access to all areas of the house except the guest bedroom
