This is an upstairs apartment with a balcony, full kitchen and full bathroom with t.v's in the bedroom and living room. You are 10 houses from the beach and there are bars and restaurants all over beach street that you can walk to.you are responsible to find parking if you come by car and I do not offer beach passes anymore because people did not return them but you can buy your own beach passes or pay 16 dollars at the booth but I do offer beach chairs that you can borrow during your stay.

Guest apartment has a private entrance and includes one bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, office with sofa bed, and large sunny balcony. You can walk everywhere from here! It is a five minute walk to the beautiful beach and boardwalk. The train station to NYC and JFK is one block away. A grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop, brewery, pharmacy, and other amenities are minutes away. Many guests comment that I keep the space "sparkling clean".
