This unit is furnished with a queen bed, a queen pull-out sofa bed, and an amazing La-Z-Boy recliner perfect for naps. The bathroom is updated, with excellent water pressure. And, the front porch is exclusive for our guests. There is a stocked Keurig, as well as a refrigerator and microwave, but no kitchen.

Entire apartment located in Historic Springfield. The apartment is warm and inviting with burgundy walls, a library sofa and tulip oval table The bedroom has a queen size bed. On 3rd floor, no elevator. Be sure to read the house rules and neighborhood description so that there are no surprises after your reservation is confirmed. Ring cameras monitor all the entrances and are motion activated.

One of our favorite things about where we live is being able to enjoy the open space of the country while being close to the vibrant city of Jacksonville and the beautiful beaches.
