Gorgeous first-floor of a house just steps from American Beach! Very modern and updated. Beautiful kitchen and communal space. Great for a group!

April was a star five hostess. Very responsive very nice. The home could not have been any cleaner. I used to live in that neighborhood when I lived in Florida is like coming back home. Very nice.

Lori’s home was a perfect landing place for our family. We were in town for a funeral and this home allowed us more time to be together. It was well furnished and housed 10 people comfortably with some room to spare.

We had a very relaxing time thanks to Ashley and her immaculate place. The pool was amazing and felt very private as no one else was there most of the days. We enjoyed the well equipped gym and the beautiful walk around the lake. Overall we were thrilled with our vacation and would definitely return. Ashley was super responsive to any question we had and we felt right at home.

We loved staying here. The walk to the beach was only like 3-5 minutes so we really enjoyed that. The place was clean and cozy. We were so close to a bunch of restaurants- you could walk to so many things. It was perfect for just me and my husband. Catherine was super quick to respond about any and every thing. She was even very up front about an issue she discovered right before we got there and was VERY apologetic and had it fixed quickly. We will be back and for longer next time.

We were so thrilled with this air b&b! Perfect place for celebrating our son’s graduation! The place had everything we needed. The hot tub was a huge bonus! Loved smelling the jasmine in bloom on the back porch with beautiful sound of relaxing wind chimes. We will definitely be coming back! A huge thank you to Edward!!

Loved our stay here - it was just as described as well as a very peaceful neighborhood, very easy walk to the lovely walking strip, just next to a water front, beautiful surroundings, and the place itself was very sweet, cute and clean place. Angie was very accommodating and made the trip even better with her care and service. Highly recommend.

This place was AMAZING!!!!! The views of the beach were beautiful. We would definitely love to stay again, hopefully that will be soon. I came to visit my Navy son and his wife. Everything was good. Place was clean. Awesome beach view from balcony!! Very responsive. Ice maker had issue and Nick offered to bring ice for us. We said no, we could get our own!! Great knowing they wanted to take care of it. Would stay there again!!

this place was perfect for our group of four! walkable to everything and right on the beach. The space was clean and private and exactly what the pictures showed. We couldn't have been happier. Staley was also super nice and responsive and had great recommendations for places to eat in her welcome book. We definitely will stay here again!

This condo is perfection. Everything seems brand new. It looks exactly like the pictures, immaculately clean, 2 jacuzzi tubs, a clean kitchen plus a kitchenette for the second bedroom and 2 washer/dryers! The walk to the private Omni beach access is only a half mile and is lovely. It’s a ground floor so we were able to walk our pup outside easily. The tennis courts are nearby providing more paths to walk & the courts are not noisy, the condo must have good sound blocking because we never heard them. We were there in February so we didn’t go in the pool but it was lovely to sit by in the Florida sunshine. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. The living room TV is enormous and provided all of our channels and streaming apps. The security gate was ready when we arrived and the check in was easy. The code was provided and the door lock worked easily for our self check in. We loved staying at the property as we love to bike . The trails are right there

Gorgeous condo with breathtaking views! Accommodations spacious, well equipped, beautiful, comfortable, and luxurious. We biked to restaurants, pickleball, putt putt, and around the island. Enjoyed the restaurants suggested by Michelle as well as use of the outdoor grills. Lovely pool and beach.

Close to the beach and quiet location

Our stay was amazing. The condo was just like it is listed- clean and beautiful. All the amenities were as promised. Vanessa communicated with me before we arrived via text and I appreciated that very much. I highly recommend this stay. Beach is a super short walk just across the street which is super convenient. Note: this is an upstairs unit so make sure you can get your suitcase up the stairs.
