Jack's place was awesome. We had tons of fun with all the outdoor games and the game room area too. We loved sitting around the campfire area and just telling stories and laughing. The home is beautiful and very comfortable. Makes you feel at home. Definitely will recommend! Thank you!

This place was very nice, clean and cozy. The location was walking distance to the beach. Everything we needed was right in the area. There were so many places nearby to eat and shop! My family and I loved our stay and will be returning!

I brought my four kids to Florida by myself for their spring break hoping to find a good balance of beach/relaxation/pool time. This was one of my favorite vacations we have ever been on. Amazing house with a heated pool that MADE our trip! Super close to beaches for daily trips and close to jacksonville zoo! Host was excellent and we plan to come back the first chance we get!

This home is gorgeous! It’s beautifully updated and walkable to so many things (try Waffle Cone, you won’t regret it). It’s closer to the city so you may have some people stopping for change, but if you are friendly and treat them like humans, they won’t cause you any issues. Drive able to all the major beaches in the area. The front porch is PERFECT for people watching and just hanging out after a long day of exploring. Highly recommend, would return in a heartbeat!

The place was absolutely spotless it looked even better in person. Tyler was extremely helpful when we had an issue with the projector and he was quick to respond and help us out with fixing it! I have absolutely no complaints about this place I would 100% recommend!

Absolutely AMAZING stay! We booked this stunning country villa to celebrate my graduation from nursing school, and it was truly the PERFECT place to mark such a special accomplishment. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful and immaculate the home was — every room was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and filled with charm. Curtis’ villa had everything we could have asked for and more! The space was perfect for hosting a celebratory brunch with my family — we gathered in the gorgeous dining area, enjoyed the spacious kitchen, and relaxed in the lovely outdoor spaces. Every amenity we needed was provided, making our stay stress-free and unforgettable. I cannot express enough how much we loved our time here. It was peaceful, luxurious, and honestly worth every penny. I’m already planning my next trip back because I can’t wait to experience it all over again. If you’re considering booking place, DO IT — you will not regret it.

My family and I were so pleased with our stay at Luke’s🙂💕 I was very happy and comfortable. This is a beautiful, spacious 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath., with a Balcony, spacious kitchen with beautiful hardwood floors! And, it was clean.😇💕 We could prepare our meals and do laundry when needed! Luke responded quickly to any question that I had. I will most definitely rent from him again in the future!
