this place was perfect for our group of four! walkable to everything and right on the beach. The space was clean and private and exactly what the pictures showed. We couldn't have been happier. Staley was also super nice and responsive and had great recommendations for places to eat in her welcome book. We definitely will stay here again!

This is hands down one of the best Air BNBs I have ever rented. Jacksonville Beach is actually my home town (I don’t live there anymore) so I knew my way around. But Rob & Nancy constantly made themselves available just in case we needed ANYTHING!!! The apartment was pristine and just so relaxing. We loved every minute and will definitely stay here again. This place was PERFECT for what I needed. I was doing a lot of food prep for an event and the kitchen and large dining table are awesome. The whole place was cozy. I didn’t use the pool or the workout room like I thought I would. There was always parking, the bed is comfy, shower, TV and AC work great. Quiet except for some traffic noise outside. Seema and Rohit were communicative and enjoyable. Thank you!

The place was great! Super clean, on the beach and close to everything. Spent 3 weeks there and never had a problem! Can’t wait to go back again!

Cheryl was a very kind, responsive host. She was flexible with our check in and check out. Her home is beautiful and well appointed…lots of towels, beach supplies, kitchen supplies, etc. If you are visiting for a wedding at The Amelia Island Club, this condo is the perfect spot, as it’s a less than a 2 min drive. We would definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area.

We loved our stay, and I can’t recommend Casa Cruz enough. It combines the luxuries of a hotel stay with the comfortable details of a well-appointed home. The condo is spotless and is beautifully furnished with many thoughtful details. The location is quiet and peaceful yet within steps to all the resort amenities and the beach. Deb is so thoughtful in her communication and made sure that we had everything we needed for a great stay. We would love to visit again!

The folks at First Coast did an excellent job in setting up last minute accommodations for us. The unit we rented was perfect. It was clean and well stocked. Communication was easy, although there was really nothing we needed that wasn’t already there. Would definitely rent from First Coast again.

Perfect condo for a weekend away. My family and I stayed at Roxanne’s place for two nights while in town for a wedding. The condo was close to all of our events, just a few minutes walk to the beach and she had everything we needed to enjoy our time. We’d definitely stay here again.

Close to the beach and quiet location

This was my second year renting this condo. It perfectly fits my needs, I could bring my dogs and enjoyed coffee every morning on the porch watching the ocean.

Great location, right across from beach access, beautiful surroundings, miles of walking/ bike trails. The condo itself is a tiny bit dated but it was very clean. I would definitely stay again though. I had a couple of last minute issues on my part and Amelia Destinations were extremely helpful, and replied back almost immediately, even after hours. I couldn’t be happier with our stay. Thank you for making it a great last minute trip before school starts back!

Natalie's pre-arrival instructions were easy to understand and follow. She made us feel welcome upon our arrival and throughout out our stay, in what we called our home away from home. Her condo was beautifully maintained, comfortable and well-appointed including home/pantry comfort staples. Natalie went above and beyond by proactively providing several local recommendations. Our time allowed us to seek out and experience many of her suggestions. We were not disappointed. We had a delightful time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for hosting us, we will definitely contact you again.

We felt right at home with a clean comfortable bed, comfortable sofa, fully equipped kitchen, and even a beach bag with towels provided. The location was very quiet and felt safe. We loved having access to the pools too! We would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Great stay at this AirBnb directly on the beach! The location was awesome, steps to the gorgeous beach, and a short walk to restaurants and the pier. Beds were comfy, furniture was beautiful and clean. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Beach umbrella and chairs could be updated as they were broken but just a minor thing. Overall, we loved our stay and would love to return!

We loved Amy’s condo, the view was breathtaking of the beach and the ocean, especially during hurricane Milton! Amy was very supportive during the hurricane, checked on us every day, offered her help in any way and we felt very safe. The condo is very cozy with a comfortable sofa and great bed. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you would need. I can highly recommend Amy’s condo to anyone who wants a peaceful getaway on a gorgeous beach.

It is an older, and a little outdated, condo unit but who cares. The unit was clean. There were plenty of nice towels left, both for showers and beach use. The location was fantastic. The area was quiet. We were there Sunday- Thursday. The view from the balcony was worth every penny. Being able to park in a garage was a super bonus. This unit is perfect for 2 couples or a couple with kids. They had everything you needed to enjoy your beach stay. Great coffee shop (Round bird) walking distance. Great restaurant (Salt Life) walking distance. Honestly if we came back to the area I would certainly book this location again. My only small complaint is that the window in the en suite shower should somehow be covered. I’m a 6’ tall woman and while I’m not naked shy by any means, I still felt… a little uncomfortable. But that alone does not stop me from giving this location, location, location a 5 star review.
