Our second home is a mix of mid-century modern and "cabin in the woods." It sits on 2 heavily wooded acres and backs up to a mountainside with rock outcroppings. The main living area (living room, dining area, and kitchen) is raised about 4 steps, and the bedroom and bath areas are on the main level. There is one large bathroom with a shower. There is an electric fireplace surrounded by ledge stone in front of the u-shaped built-in sofa. There is abundant reading material & 2 TV's.

The guest house is your lake cottage home away from home. The house is directly on the water with access to dock your boat outside with ample bumpers at the boathouse on property. The location is right around the corner from City Park for loading and unloading and Goosepond Colony. A relaxing get away for rest and relaxation or working remotely without interruption. BE AWARE THERE IS CONSTRUCTION GOING ON NEXT DOOR AS A HOUSE IS BEING BUILT. THIS SHOULD BE ENDING SOON , PERHAPS BY MID APRIL 2025. SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.

Mountain Lake Villa

A tiny home that is located right at the foot of Lookout Mountain and just in front of Weiss Lake. Here you are less than a mile from a public boat access. Minutes away from Cherokee Rock Village, Little River Canyon, Little River, Coosa River, and Neely Henry Lake. The home sits across the field from me and is situated with a twin home that could be rented by someone else. Yours will be the one on the left.
