Only 2kms to the beach and very close to Sage, Litchi Orchard and Tiffany's Shopping Centre and the new Salt Rock City. Children love running around the large garden and of course the pool.

It does have sea views from the side window and does not have a private balcony, you have use of Top Deck which has spectacular views. It has a single parking bay on the property.
