Quiet, Eclectic 2-Bedroom Townhouse in Old Town

Walk where George Washington walked at Christ Church, then create a hearty brunch in the Mediterranean blue-colored kitchen. With its mix of fun bright colors and Colonial style woods, this home is a delightful blend of rich architecture and modern whimsy. There's a fully stocked kitchen and a 'drink one, replace one' selection of beer and wine in case you can't get to the store before unwinding on the back patio or in front of the fireplace. We set the place up for our own family and hope you will enjoy it with yours. Business travelers will find it an easy home-base. Only 5 miles from DCA. Easy access to I-95, National Harbor, and the GW Parkway. George Washington's church, the Lee-Fendall House and the Torpedo Factory Art Center are here. The area is dog-friendly and filled with delightful restaurants, shops, boutiques, and parks. Easy access to: Downtown DC (about $20 Uber ride,) ~20 min walk to Metro; Convenient to DCA; 6 blocks to King St.; 4 blocks to the historic GW parkway and Potomac River recreation path. Easy access to I-95. Ample on-street parking. The Dog House has stairs to access the bedrooms and bathrooms. Location is inappropriate for toddlers.

The Guest Suite

Open floor plan studio with parking & easy access to Old Town Alexandria, Nat’l Harbor, and DC via public transit, or with your own car. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the suite house has its own outdoor deck with a private seating & dining area. Inside is just over 500 sqft and has a large couch, twin and queen size beds, kitchenette, full bath with tub and desk and chair for remote workers. Additional inflatable twin mattress available by request. Well behaved and house trained pets welcome.

Cute & cheerful cape cod in a quiet neighborhood of friendly neighbors. A small private home on 2 levels, a main floor and a finished attic level. We also have a fenced in backyard and lovely front porch. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. 10-30 minute walk to a multitude of shops, parks, trails. 20-30 minute walk to Orange Line West Falls Church Metro or 10 minute walk to bus. 3 parks/playgrounds blocks away. 2BR, 1BA Old Town Alexandria townhome is just .5 miles from the King Street Metro and one block from King Street itself - with restaurants, shopping, museums and all that Old Town charm! When you're in the property enjoy all the comforts of home including a cozy living room with TV and wifi. Spacious relaxing home by DC, CP, woods & lake

Rest well in a clean and comfortable home with a peaceful garden and hiking trails to unwind on. Save time and money with 300M wifi and a cook's kitchen/charcoal grill. Have fun with our turntable and vintage vinyl. Hop on the Metro or jump on the highway, but you won't know they are there. Relax by hundreds of native plants, the backyard waterfall and fire pit. Pets must be on leash to protect baby plants while they get established. Pricing varies with # of guests (8 max).
