Idyllic waterfront home with hot tub, hygge style

Located on a bend in the river you will feel surrounded by tranquil natural beauty. The entire front of the house is windows, looking out at the river. The house has been newly built with all of the creature comforts and a very well appointed kitchen. The hot tub , located outside on the deck is the icing on the cake. This is a perfect getaway for up to 6 people. In the summer you can swim right off the end of the dock on the property. There is also good bass and pickerel fishing in the river.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Parks, diving, train tunnel, blockhouse island, walking paths and river cruises are all within a short walk. Cafes, restaurants, local mircro brewery, shops, groceries, and pharmacies are all nearby. Brockville is rich in history and you will have a front row seat in this historical building located in the historical district. Take a tour through Fulford Mansion or just enjoy a stroll down millionaire's row.

The “little house with a big heart” on Gore St. E

Welcome to our centrally located 700 square foot home. Enjoy all that historic Perth has to offer at this quaint “little house with a big heart” that has been in my family for over 50 years. Located on Gore St. E. & within walking distance to all downtown amenities. Our home is best suited for 1-4 travellers and pets but we can accommodate a maximum of 6 humans. Carpet/smoke free. Our cottage is the perfect place to relax with family or a few friends, and enjoy the peace and quiet surrounded by beautiful scenery. It is very private and you will have the entire property and cottage to yourself. it’s the perfect peaceful hideaway.
