We have stayed at Jodie's place 2 or 3 times now, my kids love it, we walk to the beach in the morning and if hot enough, pool for rest of the day. It has everything that suits us as a family including the oval and skate park across the road.

We had unexpected few accidents just prior to the date of check-in... Jane was very sympathetic and showed her kindness which eased my worries. Despite we had to miss the first night of our stay due to car trouble , Jane offered an early check-in for us as the house was ready for us. In addition, one of my senior little doggies got injured his neck day before the check-in... I had to cancel booking for doggies at doggies' carer as one of my senior doggies couldn't stand and walk due to his sharp pain around his neck.... I was aware that Jane's property wasn't pet friendly so I considered to cancel. Yet Jane organized a kind arrangement for us and doggies which made possible to go on our long weekend away after all the odds! We will be happy to stay at Jane's again;) Thank you for the compliment milk and serials. Kids loved them.

Rosebud is a fantastic seaside location. Away from the bustle of the city and close to so many things to do. Shellys Place is a great spot to stay. Quiet back street away from the main roads and close to walk to town and the beach. The weather this time of year is insane. High;y recommended location and a Fantastic Host

If you are looking for a place to stay and you care about the cleanliness of the place look no further I’m a little ocd and the place was perfect , kitchen was great, good backyard space for the kids , wifi good connection two bathrooms and two toilets it was honestly amazing!

We had a beautiful, relaxing weekend away at Andrew's place. Great location close to main street and beach. Easy access and very comfortable and has everything you need. We enjoyed staying here.

Location, location location! This lovely townhouse not only had everything we needed, it was a short stroll to the beach and so close to shops and cafes. We loved staying here- the kids had fun and my mum and I felt very relaxed.

We would recommend this accomodation for anyone. A walk through path from accomodation to the shops and beach made all facilities so accessible. The townhouse was spotlessly presented and had everything you needed to make you feel at home. Brendan was a very accomodating, flexible and friendly host. Would look no further than this accomodation in lovely Lonny!

Lynne's place was very clean and tidy just as described with comfortable beds and and furnishings with beautiful clean linen and towels. Parking was a dream with large double lock up garage at the rear of the house,Highly recommend Lynne's place to stay, I'll certainly be checking it's availability next time I visit the area.

We stayed over the weekend and it was perfect. It was very clean and close to Coles/woolys. Mena also gave use flexibility in check out time. We enjoyed the stay, with BBQ 🙂

Upon arrival, it was clear the place had been throughly cleaned. Travelling as family of 2 adults and 3 large children there was heaps of space for us and them to relax in the house. It was a close and easy walk to beach and town. We used the backyard hose to help wash sand off and having a lock up garage was helpful for our car. Kitchen was well fitted out so we could cook if we wanted. Plenty of dishwasher tablets was useful too. We would recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable house close to beach and shops. The master bedroom is large enough for the supplied porta cot (which we didn’t need). This is downstairs, the other 2 bedrooms are upstairs which might be issue for very young children. There is a supplied baby gate in the walk in closet. I liked the door with PIN code as I could just give to the kids and we could all come and go as we liked and not worry about losing the house key. Thanks

We really enjoyed our stay here. I highly recommend Marc's place. We stayed here for the weekend as we were attending our daughters graduation at Cerberus. The Location is perfect and comfortable for families and extended families. Close to everything the Mornington Peninsula has to offer! Thanks for having us!

Our third stay, was good fun… Michelle was so accommodating and friendly. Spa wasn’t warming up, but other than that a really comfortable stay! Thank you Michelle

Prem is a very responsive host and went out of his way to accommodate us.

We totally felt at home at Theodore’s place. The entire home is very clean and kitchen is well equipped. There is a washer in the laundry room which is great and a dryer in the garage. There is air-conditioning throughout the house which is very welcomed during our stay. Having a grill to bbq was nice. There isn’t much in the pantry except salt and sugar, but Coles and Woolworths supermarket are close by. It was nice to have some complimentary biscuits and instant coffee and some teas. The house is located at the back (#3) off the road which was not mention as there are two other identical looking houses. After looking around, we found the lock box. I would totally recommend Theodore’s home if you are in Rosebud, there are some really great wineries a few mins drive away and we enjoyed some really good food and wines at restaurants like Epicurean, Ten Minutes by Tractor and Pt Leo Estate. Very peaceful and relaxing stay at Anthony’s townhouse. Very quiet and had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Within walking distance to all essentials and beach/walking tracks were easily accessible

We had an amazing stay. The cabin was cozy and cute. Ashlea was really helpful when it came to recommendations and things to do. We also thoroughly enjoyed the free yoga class that was included. We couldn’t have had a better stay. All the little things were thought through so well and it was a really good weekend.

A very clean and comfortable home, one of our favorite stays during our entire trip in Australia! Highly recommended for families. The house is fully equipped with everything you need, and the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Shops are just a 5-minute walk away, which made it super convenient!

Paul was attentive, kept in touch and friendly, the house was exaclty like the photos, spacious and in a quiet neighbourhood, overall very lovely experience

I would like to thank Sue & Felix for letting us stay here while spending our time with family. Having a little one travelling with us is always a struggle to cater for at airbnb’s but he felt right at home with his own play area. It truly felt like a home away from home.
