Location superb, very near to city centre and tram/bus stops are around corner only, easy excess to mitte, train stations and attractions in Dresden. Supermarkets (Netto & REWE) are within walking distance or 2 tram stops. Despite its good location, the place is very quiet. Kitchen and bathroom have everything you will need. This apartment has washer/dryer which is a big plus point too. The king sized bed is unusually high but very comfortable, both of us slept like a baby. The sofa bed was comfortable and wide too whereby my son slept on it. At night, 3 of us enjoyed watching movies on Netflix too. Just need to change the language from German to English. A stand fan was useful, living hall wasn't stuffy. One thing to watch out is the glass at bath tub has a small gap whereby water splashed on bathroom floor. However 2 floor towels were provided. Host provided 2 bath towels only for 3 of us but that was not a problem for us. Overall highly recommended, great value for mon

My time at Pinnewitz was fantastic! The castle itself is a such a cool location to be able to live in, the surrounding countryside is stunning, and everyone I met at Pinnewitz was so kind. Mandee is wonderful, always available and friendly. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a peaceful place to visit in the country, for a short or long stay.

Pro: Die Unterkunft war traumhaft schön und wir haben ein paar erholsame Tage dort verbracht. Die beiden Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und immer gut erreichbar. Wir würden die Unterkunft für einen reinen Erholungsurlaub jederzeit wieder buchen :-) Contra: An der Unterkunft haben wir rein gar nichts auszusetzen! Da sie von viel Natur umgeben ist, wären für den Sommer wohl Fliegengitter praktisch. Uns war außerdem das Bett ein bisschen zu weich, aber das ist ja auch Geschmackssache :) Die Gegend war schön, allerdings ist man schon sehr auf das Auto angewiesen. Vor Ort gibt es ein paar Wanderwege, aber man kommt dort schnell an seine Grenzen und muss dann tägliche Fahrstrecken in Kauf nehmen. Unterm Strich ist das Meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau. Die Wohnung ist eine absolute Empfehlung!

Überraschend gut alles, meine Familie mit Hund war über Weihnachten da, um mit mir auf der Reha die Feiertage zu verbringen. Es war einfach perfekt!

Wir wurden proaktiv vorab kontaktiert bzgl. der Anreise. Konnten zeitlich flexibel einchecken. Das Willkommen durch die Gastgeberin war herzlich und wohlwollend. Wir haben uns direkt gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die FeWo ist blitzsauber und ansprechend eingerichtet. Alles liebevoll renoviert. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind aus guter Qualität. Für Kamin-, Saunanutzung etc. zahlt man eine kleine extra Gebühr. Da es ein Fachwerkhaus ist, muss man mit Geräuschen aus der oberen FeWo rechnen, wenn diese belegt ist. Es gibt einen beheizbaren Schuhtrockner im Erdgeschoss für nasse Schuhe. Echt praktisch und durchdacht. Wandern kann man direkt ab dem Haus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Skigebiet sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft.

One of the nicest Airbnbs we have stayed in. Gorgeous Airbnb with plenty of space. Beautifully decorated and nicely furnished. Newly renovated. Extremely comfortable. The hosts could not be friendlier. Such a lovely couple. We absolutely adored everything about our stay. Thank you!

Sie sind sehr nett, habe mich gefreut

Für eine Arbeitswoche war ich bei Andreas zu Gast. Arbeiten am Schreibtisch (großer Esstisch) mit Blick auf Weinberge - einfach herrlich. WLAN ist vollkommen ausreichend für Video-Meetings. Doch von vorne: Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll, stilvoll und gleichzeitig praktisch eingerichtet. Der eigene Pool vor der Tür ist natürlich Luxus pur. Direkt in der Mitte der Wohnung befindet sich die Küche, wo es an nichts mangelt. Ich hatte mich für das Schlafzimmer 1 entschieden und habe toll geschlafen. Elektrische Rollläden sorgen für entsprechende Verdunkelung. Vor dem Fenster befinden sich Fliegengitter. Spektakulär wird es im Bad. Lichtsteuerung teilweise über Bewegungsmelder. Offene ebenerdige Dusche mit Regendusche und Fußbodenheizung. Übrigens, die Raumtemperatur lässt sich für alle Räume einzeln durch digitale Steuerung individuell einstellen. Bei entsprechenden Außentemperaturen kann man auch schön vor der Tür am Pool sitzen und chillen. Ich komme wieder, wenn's wärmer geworden ist.

Vratislav is maximum thoughtfulness. His garden is incredible. With breathtaking and limitless view of rolling farms and distant hills. Completely quiet at night for the lightest sleepers to be able to rest. Easiest parking, obviously. Fruit trees abound the garden - plums, peaches, blueberry, tomato. Fresh eggs from his own chicken. Barbecue in the lawn by the swimming pool and a small pond with lotus and running stream. A swing to read in. Quite incredible. One hour from Saxon Switzerland and walking distance to a castle next door, as well as a few more ancient castles nearby. Probably more fun than staying in Dresden if you are nearby. Heavily recommended.

Fantastic place to stay, such a beautiful apartment with stunning views over to Dresden. The apartment was immaculate and the hosts were absolutely amazing so friendly and helpful, I cannot recommend this beautiful Airbnb enough!!!
