This is an area with only a few houses, ideal for a peaceful holiday. You can enjoy swimming and snorkeling in the crystal clear sea overlooking the panoramic views of the island. Villa Domenica Medellin 5 is a new villa with modern design and luxurious furnishings. There are 5 bedrooms with king size double beds. Each bedroom has its own toilet, shower, wardrobe, flat screen TV, air conditioning. On the ground floor there is a closed spa area with a sauna, jacuzzi, bathroom and shower. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances and utensils (Villeroy & Boch). Refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, microwave, hob, toaster, kettle, mixer.

Spacious and air conditioned apartment for 8, with an exceptionally large front terrace and spectacular views over the Rabac bay. Apartment occupies the entire second floor of our villa and - apart from the large front terrace - has 2 side terraces and a private garden. Swings for kids and private BBQ available in the garden. Our villa is at the end of a residential street and is surrounded by lush Mediterranean gardens, with olive, lemon, clementine, fig and kiwi trees.

Located in the village of Karnevali, the house is less than 10 minutes by car from closest town Žminj, and 30 minutes from the nearest beach. Wake up to the sound of roosters crowing, and during the day, you may see goats, cows, and donkeys greeting you from the other side of the fence.

Villa Dunja smještena je na mirnoj lokaciji s privatnim bazenom u blizini Pule . Ovaj lijepi smještaj može primiti do 8 osoba i udaljen je 10km od mora. Pješice možete doći do restorana ,marketa i caffe bara. Vila se prostire na više od 500m2 okućnice i 130 m2 kuće. U privatnom vrtu nalazi se bazen s vanjskim tušem, roštilj s vrtnom garniturom i vanjski stol .Cijela kuća klimatizirana je i ima besplatan wi-fi priključak.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. If you have someone along who would like to camp in the garden, feel free to do so. Just make sure to note this in reservation. Warm welcome!
