We love Margate and we think that our apartment in the Old Town is a perfect base to make the most of all that this amazing town has to offer. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a beautiful, flint walled c18th building in the heart of Margate's Old Town. Step out of the door and you will find many shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. Also, the apartment is a stone's throw from the beautiful harbour and beach, in fact you can see the sea when you look down the street from the master bedroom!

Once a hidden gem, Botany Bay is a short walk away

Just a short walk to the beautiful sandy beach of Botany Bay. The ‘Hide-Away’ is all you need to enjoy a peaceful break by the sea. The property has off road parking with a private entrance. 2 steps lead to the entrance hall and off of this is the bathroom and the main accommodation(1 large room).A small kitchen including: electric cooker, microwave,fridge/freezer and washing machine. The queen size bed has storage. Also a small table and chairs. The property also offers a sunny courtyard.

This amazing and unique apartment is in a converted Chapel and from the original chapel windows you can look straight at the tranquil square’s own park, which places you right in the centre of town. You are a stone’s throw from the high street, Old Town, all the ‘life’ of the town and a 3 minute walk to the iconic beach - so very near to the other famous attractions in Margate! Free visitor parking can sometimes be arranged-depending on its availability, so I can’t guarantee it: :)

Then head out on a short walk round the bay into the vibrant Old Town to explore the antique shops, galleries and cafés. SeaSeat is a gorgeous flat in a beautiful old building, overlooking the sea. We call it SeaSeat because it’s hard to drag yourself away from watching the sea in the daytime or marvelling at the sunsets at dusk. This special place is close to everything that Margate has to offer, it’s right in the old town where all the funky shops, bars and restaurants are and a couple of minutes from the Turner Gallery. Stylish and comfortable, light and airy ..a little seaside gem!

Our listed Georgian flat is in a conservation area of Margate and is an ideal spot to kick back and enjoy everything this wonderful seaside town has to offer. Our street is ideally placed for a walk to the beach, the old town, the Harbour Arm, Dreamland, The Turner Gallery, Shell Grotto and train station. Plus we have free off street parking. We are also pet friendly.

Margate Harbour, Turner Gallery and Old Town are just a leisurely walk along the promenade. Margate railway station is 300 metres away. It is a ground floor apartment with no steps or stairs to enter the apartment or once inside.
