Loved our stay. Perfect location for easy access to beaches, restaurants, stores, whatever you really need to get to. Our kids had a blast in the large pool. Alex was great with communication with any questions we had. We will definitely look at staying again in the future.

staying at this house was perfect for my friends and me. it had all the amenities we needed for our stay. the host was super responsive to our needs and requests. definitely would stay again.

Great house with pool

We loved this place! The easiest way to sum it up is that halfway through our stay we already booked it again for next year! It’s literally seconds from the beach on foot and minutes from many restaurants. We cannot wait to return.

Terrence and his wife are great hosts. This was my 2nd time staying there and I will book his place again, they make you feel right at home. I likemany things about their place including the peacefull neighborhood. I highly recommend the hosts and their house.

The house was absolutely amazing. The outside pool areas was perfect and a covered patio. The inside was also so nice and roomy and everything you needed. We came there for my grandsons 1st bday and will definitely be back and try and get this house. Mari and Paul were quick to respond to any questions that had. And also left a little book of a lot of good restaurants in the area.

Entire home was beautiful, comfortable furniture, pool was nice, has to clean frequently due to leaves. Don’t book if you’re scared of bugs. We expected bugs because it’s near a lake but by the time we seen the bug it was already dead. Whatever spray was used it’s the BEST. Definitely would book again. Perfect for a girls trip.

We have stayed at this building twice before with other hosts and nothing compares to you guys . Since we opened the door you could smell and see clean . You know when a house is very good clean deep clean last longer ? Well this place stay clean for the week even with two kids. You guys should be proud of your cleaning team. Was this more expensive than the other ones we have stayed ? Yes . But worth every penny. We will stay with you guys again soon .

I was very impressed by this condo! Very clean, very spacious, and the views were phenomenal! It's also centrally located with easy access to the freeway, the airport, Miami Beach, Little Havana as well as tons of great restaurants and bars in the surrounding area. Kat was wonderful and very attentive. Overall, highly recommended!

Location is amazing. Apartment is larger than it looks in the pictures! We had a great time with family and would definitely stay there again. Our kids loved it!

Great place to stay love the view most everything was walking distance instead driving Tony for parking spot we walk had blast lot to do we stay five nights if u go to the beach anything recommendation to bring some your own towels they had towels hotel but not to take to if u got soak doing water activities hotel was very clean we ate out some but cook motley

Very beautiful place to stay!! Loved my time in Miami and the host were very nice and super friendly 10/10!

Great location, looks just the pictures, very comfortable beds, extra towels, laundry soap, dish washer pods, all around well equipped. Our only complaint was the wait to check in. We waited about 50 min for the management team to check us in, which was not very convenient with a toddler and lots of luggage and a car we needed to take to parking. Luckily the valet team was so nice to let us park while we waited. Everything else about the stay was absolutely fantastic!

Went out of her way to make sure her place felt like home to me. I’ve had my share of bad experiences w Airbnb’s. Carmen exceeded expectations. We have stayed in a few places hosted by Natalia and her team. They are always very responsive to any questions or concerns we may have. Everything from checkin to checkout is well communicated.

First i wanna say any bad reviews you see just know that they are lying because this place is stunning check in was very easy and simple and had a sweet gift of bottle of wine from the host and it was needed after traveling if you want the real miami vibes this is the place for you the area is downtown less then 25 min from the airport and the shuttle is close by even the bridge to go to south beach is close so it won’t take long but the building has amazing pools yes i said pools The cafe when you first pull in it’s great lil pick me up in the morning before going out and enjoying the town
