Modern Cottage with Hot Tub, close to Downtown
This cozy cottage features everything you need to make your stay in Colorado Springs perfect. The living area has large windows with mountain views and the kitchen features a counter/bar, upgraded stainless appliances, and quartz countertops. Both bedrooms are light and bright, with the main bedroom overlooking the backyard. The backyard has a private patio with a hot tub and gas barbeque. Located in a quiet neighborhood, close to downtown restaurants, Colorado College and Garden of the Gods.

Enjoy our adorable home just blocks away from Downtown Colorado Springs! This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath with open concept kitchen and living room will provide lots of space to enjoy your time. 2 large bedrooms with King beds. 1 downstairs w/ a private bath and 1 upstairs w/ an open double vanity. The rooms have a shared shower area that can be closed off by pocket door. Room 2 has queen-over-full trundle bed Plenty of parking and privacy is provided with the full drive way alongside the house.
