Nice place in a pretty little neighborhood. House was clean and Meuy was quick to respond and very helpful

This is a very nice Airbnb. It is home “A” of a duplex with backyard and front deck. It is quiet and safe on a cul-de-sac. It is clean and well supplied. The beds, AC, ceiling fan (in master bedroom) and hot water were all great. The host is very receptive and happened to be checking the unit when we arrived and helped us carry our heavy supplies up the ten steps.

Beautiful, clean, updated home. Would definitely stay here again!

Angela home was very nice and welcoming the kitchen was amazing enough space and all the amenities to cook for a Christmas gathering. Her home is very spacious the game room was a plus. The space was perfect for the getaway. Great space for a couple we stayed Friday through Monday. The communication was great. Everything was described perfectly and it was a very cozy space. I would definitely recommend and book anytime I come visit!

This is the second visit I’ve made to stay in The Domain precinct and the apartment was perfect for my needs while attending a conference. The street plaza below has a great vibe weekends and evenings with restraints and events. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thanks for having me.

The place was clean and had everything we needed for a 4 night stay! Plenty of parking spaces which was perfect for a car rental around Austin. Our beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Thank you!

You’re really enjoyed staying at Madison‘s place, we were able to get around easily on foot and with our rental car. The place was quiet and the neighbors were basically nonexistent. The kitchen is well appointed and if you want to cook there you can since there are pots and pans and utensils etc. Also, the fridge is huge and the bathroom has a bathtub, which is a bonus. We really enjoyed our stay and staying at this particular location really made our trip even better.

We loved our stay in Austin! Our host, Joey, was wonderful and extremely accommodating! The apartment is clean, very pretty, and has lots of natural light (the pictures on the website are very accurate). The location is great, with restaurants/bars (Stubb's is right next door and the BBQ was delicious!) and a coffee shop (Jo's) nearby within walking distance. There are hills in the area if anyone has walking restrictions. Uber was easy for groceries, Austin City Live at the Moody Center, and all the fun area sites, restaurants, and bars. We had an amazing weekend stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was wonderful, super responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. We’d definitely love to come back again. Highly recommend!

good place to stay

The pictures absolutely do not do this place justice. It was such a beautiful peaceful stay. The views were excellent and Tye was an excellent host and extremely accommodating. Will definitely book again.

We had to book a new place last minute after an issue with another booking, and Brett was quickly responsive, the place was beautiful, and the group had a great time. We had one minor issue with the jacuzzi filter, and Brett sent someone to address it within hours of us messaging him. Great place!

We enjoyed our staycation here. It’s only a 40 min from our house in Austin but it was a great getaway. We were very comfortable. The design of the villas is really nice (friends came over for a swim and they complimented the space) and we enjoyed the views of Hill Country and the pool from the balconies. The stars were more visible than what we’re used to. We brought our 4 mo old puppy and was easily able to entertain him. There’s lots of open grass and a dog potty area. We really wanted a place where we could teach our dog to swim. But no pets are allowed in the pool. Also the listing says a 9 min walk to the lake, but when asked, the property owners said it’s not walkable and that it is a feature Airbnb automatically puts on the listing. So just be aware if that’s of interest. I was told by someone that you can drive to a beach and swim with your dog close by. The Internet isn’t great. TV shows buffered. But we were able to check email, do a video call n watch streaming movies.

Trying to make this a yearly spot for my family. Mr Ronald and Mrs Natalie is the sweetest couple. Very attentive and responsive. Love the private grounds.

We loved falcons nest. Beautiful property. Looks like the pictures. We were able to get quick responses all weekend. It was a peaceful yet enjoyable birthday weekend. The gate entrance is hard to find from the dark road. And I was a bit bummed to leave out two more of my close friends that couldn't even visit the property during the day (No day guests past the 10 guests permitted to stay.). But I understood the 10 person max guideline and previous issues they've had with too many guests. We'd definitely return.

Our stay at Stone Home Ranch was fantastic. Wendy was an excellent coordinator, offering great area suggestions and quickly arranging firewood after our request. Her son Colby also set out firewood for the pit and Wendy even offered to mail a forgotten item. The property is stunning and comfortably fit all 9 of us. The large kitchen was fully equipped, and Wendy provided farm fresh eggs; some guests even harvested their own. The river access, kayaks, and paddleboards were major highlights. The spacious back patio was perfect for games, and the multiple balconies and master suite’s private sunroom were lovely. The bathrooms were well-designed with excellent water pressure in the showers. Enjoying coffee while hearing the rooster crow was a charming experience. We had a memorable stay and plan to return. We highly recommend Stone Home Ranch!

Travis was an exceptional host. He was quick to communicate if anything was needed and offered multiple amenities. The space itself is very private, great for photos especially around the lake, it's just you and nature. If the weather wasn't so cold we definitely would've hit the water. Hadn't ever heard of spicewood before, but would come again! Thank you again Travis!

If you are looking for a space to gather 10+ people and have a retreat, this is your spot. We hosted a bachelorette with 16 girls, with the hope of having a space where we could all relax, have quality time, and also have access to a night out in Austin. Everyone had a bed was comfortable. We LOVED the lakefront access and that we could open up the huge screen doors. While there we hosted a dinner with a private chef (could fit everyone at the table) and brought in a private workout class. Kim is THE BEST. She texted me often to make sure that we had everything we need and called me two days before to confirm how many beds we'd need and if she could stock the house ahead of time (too kind!). Kim and her space let me throw the bachelorette that my best friend envisioned seamlessly and for that I will always be grateful. Maybe I'll even come back for my own!
