KT’s Cottage is located just minutes outside the city limits of Historical Downtown Live Oak and the beautiful Suwannee River. If you are passing through for business or to enjoy the area, I hope you will find our cottage’s accommodations are more than satisfactory. There is a queen bed downstairs as well as a queen in the loft, with plenty of extra pillows and blankets for your comfort. Coffee, tea & bottled water are included. Bring your fishing poles. Bring your boat! There is a private boat landing on the property 450 yards from the cabin.

This 2 bedroom home has 4 beds total, 1 Queen, 1 full, 1 twin & a Sleeper Couch in the Living Rm. It is a quaint little house, stone built, just outside the North entrance of the Advent Christian Village in Dowling Park and less tan 1/2 mile to the Suwannee River in a very safe neighborhood . The Suwanee offers swimming, kayaking, fishing. The property is on an acre with a carport, washer and dryer It’s away from the traffic, a quiet area just three houses from the Advent Christian Village

The outdoor area has a paved patio, seating and a fire pit. Enjoy the cool shaded area and BBQ after a day in the sun. The Goat House is tucked away on the edge of woods on the outskirts of Live Oak. Close enough to run to the store and far enough for a quiet starlit night relaxing in a hammock or enjoying a small bonfire on cool nights.

Quiet little piece of heaven on earth. Enjoy the lake views, sit by a fire, enjoy the nature God has provided in our sanctuary on Pickett Lake. Use the grill or take a short drive to Branford or Mayo and enjoy some of the restaurants. Outdoor fire pit includes wood. PLEASE NOTE- Lake levels are EXTREMELY LOW. There is currently no water at the dock for fishing or swimming. We are currently experiencing extreme drought conditions.
