The new kitchenette has everything you need to prepare breakfasts and light meals. There is a seating area outside the front of the house, or the cafe bar, bakery and 3 tavernas in the village square are just 100m away. The nearest (free) public car park is 150m. Our Villa Estia (92m2) is placed directly in wonderful Paleokastrista. The Sea view on Platakia bay and the port Alipa make this house a special place to be. Two bathroom, two bed room, a modern open fully equiped kitchen and a combined living and dining room with fireplace - all new made in 2018 - guarantee the best comfort for your stay. The house is for 4 - 6 persons, The sofa bed can be used for another 2 persons.

The ground floor consists a spacious living/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with balcony. All 3 bedrooms are on the 1st floor, each with his own balcony.
