Douglas Lake is a premier bass & crappie fishing destination. Boats, kayaks & paddleboards welcome. Dollywood, Pigeon Forge’, shopping, Smoky Mtn. National Park, all close. Lakefront Cabin/ Back Porch

Our home is located directly on Douglas lake. It's located about 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge. Upstairs- One full bathroom, one room has two beds, loft area- tv, fireplace, bed & pool table. Downstairs-a master bedroom & bathroom. The back porch is enclosed with a 6 person hot tub. WiFi. We only supply one round of kitchen and bath supplies. NO WATER IN LAKE EXCEPT MAIN CHANNEL AFTER LABOR DAY/REFILLS MID-APRIL. YOU MUST TAKE TRASH OFF OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED-1 bag allowed for Sunday checkout.

With mountain views and lake front access, you'll have time to relax, fish, boat, kayak and view the mountains from the back porch. 25 minutes from Pigeon Forge (Dollywood) and 45 minutes from Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountain Nation Park. There is no shortage of things to do in this area, but while you're back at the cabin, you'll be happy you chose Shady Shore. *The lake water level is low from Sept to Mid April*

Close to Pt Marina & Dandridge. Easy access to Knoxville, Sevierville, PF, Gatlinburg and Asheville. The home features 3 Q beds, twin, & 2 sofa beds. Enjoy the fire pit, and arcade, after a day at the lake. Fishing poles, SUP, 2 kayaks, & life jackets are provided. No water at the dock Labor Day - May.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY INSIDE OR OUT / SMOKING WILL RESULT IN A $250 CLEANING FINE

Come relax & enjoy our charming cottage on the main channel of Douglas Lake. Experience breathtaking sunsets, lakeside bonfires, & refreshing dips in the cool water. Please note, the water level is highest from May-August. This home accommodates 4 adults max & 3 children. The dock does NOT have water at it during winter/early spring drawdown (typically Oct–April). Guests can still walk to the shoreline.
