Walk the beach, watch the eagles, look for jumping fish with a fantastic view of Juneau. Relax in this perfectly located Douglas Island getaway. This 2 bedroom 1.5 bath home is steps away from Savikko park and Sandy Beach. The Island pub restaurant, Douglas Cafe and Louies Bar are all within a 5 minute walk. This home is clean, modern and comfortable. There is a great outdoor space where you can grill on the Traeger, or relax with a glass of wine while enjoying the fire table after a great Alaskan day. This quaint island hideout is a small loft attached to a larger home. With a private entrance, gorgeous views and amenities like no other, you'll be very comfortable! Full kitchen comes stocked with anything you may need, including a Keurig stocked with various coffees and teas. Enjoy convenient access to hiking trails, the beach and close proximity to the bus line. Only a 7 minute drive to downtown Juneau! *Comfortable for 2 people however, technically sleeps 4 max.

This house is 3.5 miles from downtown, and nestled into the southeast Alaska rainforest. The house is off the road so there is no traffic noise and the trail behind the house leads a short way through the forest and down to the beach where salmon fishing can be phenomenal during the season.
