Welcome to our beautiful villa, a few steps away (300m) from a stunning and quiet beach! This newly renovated (2024) two-story home features 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. Enjoy outdoor dining and lounging on the patio in the large garden. Inside, there's air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV, and a separate study. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, and laundry is easy with a washing machine and tumble dryer. All linens and beach towels are provided!

Villa, appena rinnovata con splendida vista mare. Composta da due appartamenti indipendenti, ideale per due famiglie , al piano superiore una camera matrimoniale, bagno e un ulteriore posto letto. Al piano terra camera matrimoniale due camerette e bagno , cucinotto soggiorno e ampi portici. Giardino immerso nel magico profumo della macchia mediterranea, barbecue e forno sardo tradizionale. A pochi passi da casa,Torre Aragonese ottima vedette per delfini e tramonti indimenticabili

Villa Rosati Beach House

Semi-detached villa on the beach. Big front garden facing the Mediterranean sea with private beach patio to enjoy the sun in complete quietness. Huge external living space to enjoy the summer breeze, night and day. The place is family friendly. The sea is shallow and warm, allowing small children to bath in complete safeness. The main part of the house is outdoor where we have an open plan kitchen overlooking the front garden, the dining area and the large living room.
