This welcoming home is beautifully appointed with Scandi-inspired interiors and presents the perfect space for peaceful escapes or Tasmanian adventures. Grab a book, a glass of wine and make yourself at home at this stunning getaway, overlooking rolling hills and peaceful eucalypts. The house offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (including an ensuite and a bathtub), lovely living area, aircon, fireplace, large dining table, fully-equipped modern kitchen and outdoor sitting. Located on a 5 acres lot.

Carlton Beach Holiday House - beachfront/views

A modern 3 bedroom home with lovely ocean views. Only a 50m stroll over the crown land onto beach. Carlton Beach is one of Hobart's most beautiful family friendly beaches with surf breaks at both ends of the beach - Park Beach and Carlton River Mouth. This home offers everything you need, and more, for a relaxing stay and is located perfectly for a range of fun activities and close to many tourist attractions. (Note: attached 2bdr self contained unit can be opened to make 5 bdrs/sleeps 10)

Enjoy the convenience of a short stroll from local shop, boat ramp and Primrose Sands beach. The spacious fully fenced yard is dog-friendly and features a large rear deck with BBQ. Relax in the most comfortable bed you've ever experienced and enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, a cozy lounge area and modern ensuite/laundry.

Simple, thoughtful and very much loved, full of light, laughter and our love of the sea. Ocean front with views of Park Beach and Frederick Henry Bay from both the inside and outside of the shack. Using the shack as your base, no matter which direction you choose to venture, there’s an array of experiences and activities to explore, 20 min to Hobart Airport, 40 min to Hobart, gateway to Richmond, East Coast, Port Arthur and the Tasman Peninsula. A slower way of life just happens here x

Waterfront 'Tupelo' with Sauna on Primrose Point

Ideally located on the point, Tupelo gives you a stunning, ever-changing perspective of the SE coast. A house for all seasons, watch the storms roll across the bay and bask in the sunny rays as it rises and sets over the water, uninterrupted by this unique position on the point. At the right time of year, sit back and watch the whales, dolphins, and migratory birds on their journeys as you soak up the scenery. Relax, Restore and Explore at The Sandy Sister

Soak in the ocean views, bathe under stars and feel the sand between your toes. This 60's surf shack, is the perfect place to relax. A short walk to two beaches, surf or calm. With an outdoor bath, decks for sunset drinks, and comfy beds, the shack is perfect for relaxing. This quiet beach town is a great base to explore the region. Not far from Hobart or the airport and a 1hr drive to must see attractions MONA (47km), Port Arthur Historic site (58 km) and Maria Island Ferry (74 km).

Waterfront home, 5 beds, sleeps from 2 and up to 9

This large beachside holiday home is perfect for families. 5 bedrooms - 3 queens, 2 king singles. One queen has a trundle. 2 bathrooms one is walk in shower, the other a combined laundry/toilet. 2 living rooms, fully equipped kitchen, 2 decks, superb seaside living. Open plan kitchen and large living area, 4 leather couches and single chair with double doors leading to deck with views over the bay. A totally separate 2nd living area is a bonus. Safe swimming beach 1 min walk.

The Bach. Welcome to our 2 bedroom beach house with modern facilities and design for the discerning guest. A stunning beachside location with spectacular views in a quiet street for you to relax. Quality 'plush' QS beds for a beautiful nights sleep, enormous shower and a 55" TV for those who want to stay connected to the world. We are only a couple of minutes walk to the safe, swimming beach and out in the bay you may be lucky enough to spot dolphins and maybe a whale.
