Opustite se sa celom porodicom u ovom mirnom smeštaju koji se nalazi blizu Bajove kule 300m od centra Starog grada Kotor udaljen 9 km .Grad Perast je udaljem na 2 km.Plaza je udaljema ma 10 m. Stan ima kuhinju i dnevni boravak sa izlazom na balkon i pogledom na Bokokotorski zaliv,sobu sa velikim krevetom i balkonom koji pruža pogled na zaliv,druga soba je sa 2 ležaja i jedno kupatilo. Sve prostorije su klimatizovane ,korišćenje wi -fi mreže neograničeno,besplatan parking u sklopu smeštaja.

Beachfront house in Dobrota

Luxurious house with beautiful view on Bay of Kotor. It is situated in one of the most desirable vacation areas in Bay. The house is 4km far from Kotor, ancient town, which has a lot to offer, from its history to pure entertainment. There is a parking spot in front of the house. There are cafe, supermarket and old church in neighbourhood. There are 3 double-bedded rooms and one with 2 single beds and every sleeping rooms has its own bathroom. Kitchen is quite big and well equipped.

Kotor - Stone House by the Sea

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

Nasa luksuzna Villa se nalazi u naselju Przice iznad Kotora. Nudimo udobnu 100m² duplex vilu sa privatnim bazenom i dvorištem,opremljenu sa dvije spavace sobe,dva kupatila,kuhinjom i prostranom dnevnom sobom. Stan je idealan smeštaj za parove,porodicu ili prijatelje u potrazi za udobnim boravkom u mirnom rustikalnom području, ali u isto vreme samo deset minuta vožnje do Starog grada Kotora. Iz apartmana se pruza predivan pogled na nas zaliv.

Stone House on the SEASIDE

This carefully restored 3 bedroomed house with air conditioning and every modern convenience, is located in a small properties beside the sea in Orahovac, a quiet village in the most select part of the remarkably beautiful Kotor Bay, a World Heritage Site. At the rear, a garden has parking for one car; at the front, a small terrace and lawns extend 5 metres to the sea. The coast is uncrowded and very safe for children.

Apartments Nancy- studio 3 near the old town

The apartment is situated in the quiet place of Golden Fields.It is located 200 m from public beach and 300 m from the Old Town of Kotor.It has a one bedroom and modern restroom.There is a beautiful backyard above the apartment with a full BBQ equipment. A restaurant and a shopping centre ,,Kamelija'' are both 250 m from the ''Apartment Nancy''.It has a private parking space .

Seaside Lovely Stone House

In a very quiet and peaceful area, you'll have a great time here. It is a stone house that has been renovated and equipped with the new furniture and appliances.There is a fireplace for cozy nights, as well as patio to enjoy dinner out in the open. Beatiful 30 m2 Alex Apartment

That is 30 m2 halfstoned three stars apartmant, 400 meters from old town Kotor 100 meteres from sea , private parking place in front of apartment. Transfer from airport Tivat to my apartmant in Kotor and back is free,and also from Tivat and Kotor bus station . Bicyclists have a free bicycle garage
