Stunning renovated rowhouse, perfect location

Welcome to this classic Washington, DC rowhouse, centrally located in the heart of DC. The house sleeps 6 comfortably (1 king bed, 2 twin beds, 1 queen sofa bed) and both bedrooms offer blackout blinds. You're only 3 blocks from the culinary delights of Union Market, H st. and a 20 min walk to Union Station and Capitol Hill. The home has been updated to include exposed brick, a private deck off the kitchen and a few more eye catching perks. Please be aware we have a 25yr old age requirement.

Spacious 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home in historic Brookland DC. This home includes a pool table, PS5, 3 mounted TV's, full house sound system, washer and dryer, and a beautiful eat in kitchen with new black stainless steel appliances. Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, #2 had a full sized bed, and #3 has a bunk bed with a twin over a full. Off street parking for one car. Non metered residential parking for more cars. Entire home recently fully renovated. Convenient location to downtown DC.

Comfortable Studio Apartment

A cute studio apartment in the basement of a newly renovated home. Guests have a private entrance with their own private bathroom. You also have use of a full-size washer and dryer. Other amenities include an honor bar stocked with beer and wine, an arcade style game with over 200 popular titles including Ms. Pac Man, and coffee/tea. Please note that we live upstairs, but the space is private. It is separated by a stairwell and a locking door. It is comparable to a hotel room, but nicer.
