Very cute, clean and quiet. Less expensive than a hotel and free parking. Towels were soft, bed was comfy. I did think that there was another bed, but I was mistaken and 3rd person slept on the couch. Loved the coffee and cream.

This place was perfect for my family’s first trip to Washington DC. If you need a place in a great area and convenient to transportation, food, attractions, this is your spot. Crystal was a great host! She quickly responded to any questions, made awesome recommendations and made the entire process very easy.

This is by far the best Airbnb I’ve *ever* stayed in. The space was spotless, stylish, and super comfortable. The bedroom is a converted garage—which we’d seen in the photos and were initially unsure about—but it ended up being one of my favorite parts. The frosted windows let in beautiful natural light during the day, and at night, the glow of the streetlights and tree shadows made it feel peaceful. The bed was incredibly comfy, and honestly, I got the best night’s sleep I’ve had in a long time. The bathroom had heated floors, and a spacious shower that absolutely lived up to my (admittedly high) standards. I’m a big fan of large showers, and this one did not disappoint. Synta was an amazing host: thoughtful, responsive, and incredibly kind. She was also super accommodating about our late check-in after a concert, which we really appreciated. Everything was seamless, and I’d stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you for the fantastic experience!!

Absolutely loved stay at Miguel’s place! The neighborhood offered several delicious food options and the space was immaculate. It was a quick 15 min drive wherever we wanted to visit. This will definitely be on our list for our next trip to DC.

Great place to stay for a D.C. trip. We walked to the Metro each morning and took that downtown. It was about a 15 minute walk and is great if you’re fine with that. It’s tucked away nicely and feels like a safe area too. Overall a great stay.

10/10 experience. Was exactly like described. No issues at all. Definitely worth the price. Will definitely recommend to anyone interested in visiting!

Nice place, good for a couple, a residential area of DC east of the Capital, very walkable and quiet. Comfortable bed, good water pressure, and noise from host upstairs very intermittent and not a problem. Would stay again.

Cari’s place was great, English basement so limited natural light but didn’t really matter since we were out and about all day and the place is very cosy and clean! Great location due to being close to the metro and Cari was a responsive and helpful host! Thank you Cari!

The location of this home was perfect for our needs and not far from the Metro which allowed us access to many parts of the city. It was clean and well appointed and the host was very good at communicating and responding to any of our needs which were minimal. We will definitely choose this location again in the future.

Fantastic accommodations!! This place was exactly as pictured and described. We parked our car (for free) and didn't move it until we left. We were able to take the metro into DC and everywhere else we wanted to go. The neighborhood felt safe and was very quiet. One block over are several eatting options. Kam's place was very comfortable, from the beds to the sofa. The full kitchen was great for a quick breakfast. The bathroom was big and clean. Overall, my family was extremely pleased with the location, amenities, cost and host!! We would certainly stay here, or at any of Kam's properties, when we return to the area.

Overall the place was great! Just like the photos, felt secure, neighborhood was good. Able to walk around with my kids. We would definitely stay again.

My stay here was great and comfortable. Yohanes was extremely accommodating. The upstairs unit shared hvac w. Basement unit and the guest didn’t like that I had it toasty so Yohanes brought by a space heater to keep both places comfortable. Parking was good too & he made sure we had a permit.

Serena was a great host! She was friendly, responsive, and checked in to make sure everything was going well. Her place match the listing and she thought of great amenities and accommodation to provide in her place for visitors. The Metro was also only a 5-10 minute walk from Serena’s place.

Adorable space! Nolon was very communicative the week leading up to check-in, giving clear instructions on how to enter the space and provided a list of recommendations for near by places & things to do. Would definitely recommend!

We were in town for a show at the 9:30 Club & Michael’s place was the perfect spot. It was walkable to the club as well as many restaurants and breweries. Michael provided clear and easy to follow instructions for check in & the place was exactly as described. I would highly recommend this spot and we will definitely stay there again!

Everything was as described in the listing. My son and I felt comfortable and safe. We had no issues. We would stay here again. I can’t speak to the walkability because we ride-shared every day but seemed possible. As you see in some reviews notes about hearing upstairs noise, yes, we heard some footsteps but it didn’t bother us and wasn’t that bad and was to be expected - after all, we were in their basement which we knew before we booked because that’s part of the listing. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating! All good things to say here!!!!

We had such a wonderful stay — the place truly felt like a home away from home. It was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Graham was an exceptional host — extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything so easy and stress-free. If you're visiting with your furry friends, we highly recommend checking out Sidamo Coffee and Tea — it's a lovely spot that's pet-friendly, and the atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing coffee break or bite to eat. We really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

The apartment was exactly as described, very clean and just right for our visit. The directions to get in were very clear. We arrived pretty late at night and, even so it was relatively easy to find street parking. The two bedrooms are relatively small but that is what we would expect in a major city and we didn’t need more than a place to sleep. The street is lined with sweet houses and around the corner from a few places to eat. David was a great communicator and very quick to respond. We would definitely return for another stay.

This was a 10/10 stay! Loved everything about the place and looks even better in person. It is in the top 5 places I’ve stayed in DC. Phillip was very nice and easy to communicate with. Will be staying again in the future!

We stayed at Leonardo’s place while touring colleges in DC. It’s a beautiful, very clean apartment in excellent neighborhood, walkable to Georgetown. Being able to park on a driveway was a huge plus, given the parking rules in DC. Leonardo’s apartment has everything you may need and then some. I would absolutely stay there again!

This place was perfect for our family of 3. It's VERY small, make no mistake. But good things out weigh that for sure. From toilet paper to towels all stocked up and used every inch of space wisely. It was clean and cozy. A 6 minute walk to the DC Streetcar (free!) take that to union station, and you're ready for great sight seeing.

This place was great! A short walk from Potomac Ave metro station and a grocery store down the block was ideal! Noise transference from upstairs is a thing, but earplugs were provided which helped a lot. The neighbourhood was very quaint and I felt safe walking it at night. Would stay here again!

I had a pleasant stay at Laura’s place. The apartment matched the descriptions and photos accurately. Do note that the hosts live upstairs, so there can be occasional creaking noises, though it is quiet at night. The space was a bit compact for me, particularly the bathroom — something to keep in mind if you’re tall. The neighborhood was okay, but I personally wouldn’t feel entirely comfortable there as a solo female traveler. Overall, the place just wasn’t quite the right fit for me, but it could work well for others depending on their needs.
