Nice villa with a pool on second floor, and a billiards table on the ground floor.

It is a nice, descent accommodation that has all the amentues and essentials for an aparrment. I would recommend it for anyone that is looking for an apartment to stay. Location is convenient. The service is excellent. Very good overall.

This villa was a dream for remote work! Fast WiFi, plenty of natural light, and spacious rooms meant I could work productively and still have space to relax. The kitchen and BBQ area made it easy to eat in, and the nearby pickleball court was a fun break. The host was quick to respond and made check-in and out effortless. Will definitely be back.

Thank you to Yung and Pansap for hosting us and for clear & easy instructions; and the 24-hour friendly staff for recommendations and looking after us. We were a group of 9 adults and 1 toddler on a friend's wedding & reunion weekend. Yung's villa provided the perfect + quiet + safe location and a homely base, with each couple having their private ensuite and also a common area to hang out.

Awesome and wonderful place for a big group to be under one roof. Location is good with many restaurants and shops within walking distant

Loved the place. We were a large group of 11 folks and a toddler. The place is far away from the city to feel extremely private, but still close enough that it took 30-45 mins to reach Quan 1 or get any food deliveries. Had a Tennis Court, Karaoke room and what not. The place even had toys for kids

Very safe accomodation, clean and walkable to metro station

Great place! would definitely stay again - and definitely quite a grand place to stay in
