Modern nature friendly river front property with a beautifully landscaped garden with native trees for butterflies and humming birds in Katugasthota, Kandy. The property is just 3.9 km from Kandy City centre. Temple of the tooth is just about 3.3 km and Peradeniya Botanical garden is about 5.3 km distance from the property. The private suite is 100 sqm with large living room, large bedroom and bathroom, kitchenette and balcony. Dinning lounge by the river and garden are shared with others.

This is a separate unit from the main house and offers complete privacy. We built this space for nature lovers to enjoy waking up to calls of birds, sight of great mountains and a misty river in the horizon. It is large & airy, on a peaceful mountain with good road access, located a 10min walk from the main rd. to Ella. We are also a stones throw away from the city of Kandy, Uni. of Peradeniya, waterfalls & many adventure sites. Your hosts are a former Professor and his son who is into IT.

The property overlooks the gorgeous Hantana Hills and has been designed for families small or large. The outdoor sitting area and garden provides ample space for the entire family to hang out. A scrumptious vegetarian breakfast served between 8-1030am is provided to fuel you up for an entire day's exploring.
