A brand new two bedroom apartment with custom luxury throughout. This was a creation of the owner who has an extreme obsession with wood and granite. Over the top amenities that you would not expect. We are really proud of this remodel and can't wait for you to experience it. Please note, this apartment is above another vacation rental. Located 2-1/2 blocks from the heart of Downtown Bend with breweries, galleries, restaurants, theater, shops and of course, all the charm that you've heard about Bend. This is a pet free and nonsmoking property.

The Upstairs. Spacious, comfy & Pets OK.

Located in SE Bend, a private, spacious, 712 sq. ft, upstairs apartment. Separate bedroom, bathroom. Living area includes a comfortable sectional sofa (that can be used as a bed), double recliner, TV/DVD, kitchenette with dishes, microwave, Keurig, teapot, toaster oven, waffle iron, electric skillet, griddle, egg cooker, small slow cooker & regular sized refrigerator. Dining area has table and chairs to eat at. Private, outside, stairs entrance, accessible by keyless lock code.

Maxwell House~walk, shop & play

Maxwell House is a two bedroom apartment available for rent, each with king bed, walk-in closet and private bathroom. There is a kitchenette with fridge, sink, microwave, toaster oven & more. Enjoy a private patio and barbecue and just a 5 minute walk to the river! There is currently a longer term guest staying in the daylight basement of my home with her well-trained and behaved dog. He is cautious of new people at first, but warms up quickly.
