Beechwood Nook

Crown Lodges are located in the Heart of the Rossendale valley- Crawshawbooth. There are three lodges in total all situated around a 140sq/m lodge with breath taking views, it is the perfect escape to the country. The site is brand new and was built by owner and host Sam through the covid-19 pandemic 2018-2021 with his keen eye for building, the site is loved and adored by many of the locals and has proved a massive hit so far. Beechwood nook located to the left hand side of our site features the most privacy of the three cabins on its own stretch of pathway. Enjoy beautiful nights in your hot tub from this natural beauty spot, our lodges have something for everyone and we believe they are all-in luxury. They feature luxury kitchens, luxury bathrooms, log burners, free standing bath upstairs next to your bedroom area and everyones favourite a 2mx2m hot tub. Tip from us-Be ready with drinks in the hot tub for when it goes dark, the site lights up like something you see when your abroad and looks incredible, you can see our site from the other side of the valley which we think looks amazing. Crown Lodges is situated on a public footpath which has miles and miles of walking, for all of you that enjoy a stroll. We recommend downloading the walking app Komoot and downloading the local pack which is priced as much as a small coffee, this is like google maps for walking enthusiasts. For local things to do, I think we are up there with the best. Our local town Rawtenstall has undergone major development in the last couple of years and is getting better and better all the time. We have Rawtenstall market which has been taken over and turned into a food heaven. Once a month it has 'foodie Friday' and is packed with local stalls selling street food and deserts. Then we have Avuccirea, fire pit, La Turka, Tiger lounge and GemNi just to name a few. All providing excellent quality of food and drinks. We have a variety of bars, pubs and cafes too, far too many to mention. We are also 40mins on the x43 bus to Manchester City centre and the bus stop is within 15mins walk from our site (big hill back up not for the faint hearted). We also have the very last temperance bar in the country Mr Fitzpatrick's established in 1899 which recently featured on the hairy bikers, this is 100% worth a visit. Ideal for couples looking for a quiet getaway but still close to exciting things to do, this brand new development is your number one hot spot for 2021. Once you come you will not want to leave, from experience our site looks so incredibly different every season. We have fantastic summers and snowy winters. One thing to note: Upstairs in the Beechwood nook cabin is restricted head height, so if your very tall you may want to pick one of the other lodges. If this doesn't bother you then its a cosy little space upstairs. The rest of the Lodge is 2.3m head height so its just the upstairs that's restricted.

💙 WELCOME TO FLOATING HOMESTAYS 💙 An adorable pet-friendly hideaway. Quirky interior with an attractive outside seating to enjoy the city whilst remaining sequestered from the outside world. Showpiece is a pink honesty bar with wine/beer/spirits /games. Gorgeous wood interiors create a prohibition feel to the drinking lair. Kitchen equipped for cooking with some light breakfast provided (coffee/tea/cereal/milk/OJ). Shower/sink/toilet. Double bed & single couch. Central heating and wood burner.

Charming retreat with hot tub and lake terrace

Wood Cottage is a very calm, tranquil get away for you to unwind, relax, and enjoy the surroundings in it's own private grounds with its own lakes, woodland walk and ever growing wild life ,barn owl ,fish to enjoy. Whether you love soaking in the hot tub or sauna on the terrace in the perfect calming setting to take you to a different level of chill or a nice evening cooking and then getting cosy infront of the log burner fire. With in a few miles there are country pubs for food and drinking.

A high quality 2-bedroom cottage in a peaceful canalside location. 2 minutes from train station with direct service to Manchester/Stockport. Direct canal access. Outside seating areas. Canal Facing idyllic retreat in excellent location

Situated in Hopwas, Midlands, Staffordshire. nr Lichfield & Tamworth. Furnished to a high standard The cottage is canal facing, with picturesque views, you can watch the ducks & Narrow boats go past while you have breakfast from inside the cottage. Are two excellent country pubs right on the doorstep of the property both serve food and a vast selection of drinks. A perfect retreat for the outdoor lovers! Ideally located on the canal and backing onto The National Trust Lyme Park on the edge of the Peak District. Ideal for walking, mountain biking, cycling and exploring the picturesque countryside and beautiful wildlife. Close proximity to the charming village of Poynton with its lovely shops, restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and supermarkets. Only 5 minutes down the road there is a charming pub with an excellent outside area and traditional menu.

Riverview Cottage

Nestled on the river wye in what is widely known as the prettiest village in the Peak district River cottage has it all. One king size bedroom with en suite a double both with amazing views of the river and a single, it’s large family bathroom with jacuzzi style bath is perfect for a relaxing soak after a day in the peaks. Down stairs is a large dining room, lounge with gas fire and fully fitted kitchen but with the Tea room and Bulls head within 1mins walk you may not need it.

Luxury 3 bed family lodge in Mercia Marina.

Mahonia Lodge was brand new in 2022. A total of 96 sq metres with 46 sq metres of open plan living this lodge provides plenty of space for up to 4 Adults and 4 children. A large wrap round deck allows guests to enjoy sunshine from dawn to dusk while enjoying the wildlife on the ornamental lake. Set in 74 acres of the largest inland marina in the UK the site has been sympathetically developed to accommodate both shopping, restaurants, cafes and the abundant wildlife.
