What used to be an old working farm has now been turned into its own little holiday village. Guests will enjoy the home comforts of open plan ground floor, consisting of fully equipped kitchen, dining & lounge area and the first floor has two bedrooms one en-suite & a separate family bathroom. Within walking distance of the popular Carsington Water. Dog friendly accepting 2 x dogs, a fee of £25.00 per dog is payable (not included in price). Luxury apartment with outstanding views

We created a self catering studio apartment from our hay loft during the lockdown of 2020. In the heart of the Welland Valley in Leicestershire there are are wonderful views up the hill to Nevill Holt (home of the Nevill Holt Opera Festival) and from the sofa you will be able to watch the sun setting behind the hill. Fabulous barn conversion - Stunning views

The property is known as the Long Shed, for no better reason than it's nice and long! It sleeps two, but there is plenty of space for you to spread out. The kitchen is equipped with all the mod cons.
