Chill at a Totally Private Carriage House W Bamboo Orb Chair
Completely private & professionally carriage home in historic South Pearl Street (https://www.southpearlstreet.com/)! Enjoy the Sunday Farmers Market. Take it easy in the hanging chair and check out the chalkboard map at this bohemian-inspired bolthole tucked away behind a 6-foot cedar privacy fence. Use your own front door to come and go as you please...you'll have complete privacy and never see the owners (unless you need them!) Quirky home details include a marching band bass drum table, an antique sewing machine treadle sink, and a 420 friendly patio with market lights. Doggos are welcome! Pearl Alley is a unique little carriage house in a truly fantastic neighborhood! Construction on the carriage house was completed in 2019, but we designed it to feel like part of the original house, built in 1908. Reclaimed brick exterior, moldings to match the main house, and the original back door as the bathroom door! Our 400 sq ft carriage house is filled with cool decor (see if you can spot the marching-band bass drum table and antique sewing machine treadle sink!) and our sense of humor which you will find sprinkled throughout the space. We hope we make you laugh and bring a little joy to your day! -TV: We have a 36" flat panel television in the living room. Hulu and Netflix and local broadcast stations are preloaded for you, and you can sign into your Apple account if you want to rent movies. -Internet: Pearl Alley has 1GB fiber service...in other words, scream'n fast! Privacy awaits, the entire house and patio are completely yours! The carriage house is detached and separated from the main house by a large yard and a six-foot high cedar fence. You will drive down our alley into the clearly lit driveway, open the cedar gate to your patio and enter the private front door with the keyless smart lock. The carriage house will be easy to find, even at night--just look for the twinkle lights and turquoise railroad tie marking your parking spot. I like space and privacy when I travel, so I want to offer the same to you! I'll be out of sight, but available quickly if you need anything (I live with my family in the front house on the property). We have lived in this neighborhood for over a decade, so if you need a recommendation please don't hesitate to ask! Platt Park has a walkability score of 87, nestled in the heart of Historic South Pearl Street. Explore fantastic restaurants, boutique shopping, craft breweries, coffee shops, Antique Row, Green Mile, art galleries, and the light rail right all right outside your doorstep. One of the best things about the Historic South Pearl neighborhood is its central location, giving you easy-peasy access to all of Denver and the surrounding areas. Headed to Denver see your home team play the Broncos or catch a show downtown? The Light Rail station is just a few minutes walk up the street. Touring a university with your soon-to-be college student? DU is right up the road. Attending a wedding in the foothills? Freeway access is right around the corner. Our neighborhood has an 87 walk-ability score and there are bike and scooter rentals everywhere. Uber and Lyft are available 24/7 as well. And of course, you have your own off-street parking space if you will have a vehicle ;) -The carriage house is located at the back of property and we live in the main house. You will hear us working on our backyard and coming and going via the garage which the carriage house is attached to. -Guests traveling with infants and young children are welcomed, but you will need to bring suitable bedding. -We are pet-friendly and welcome well-behaved pets. Please do not allow your pet onto the furniture or leave them unattended on the patio while you are not home. -The patio is 420 friendly, but no nicotine anywhere on the property please! -Cleaning Fee: Pearl Alley is committed to paying our cleaning crew a livable wage. We use a professional service that provides this plus benefits for their employees. They also supply Pearl Alley with professionally laundered hotel-quality linens. The fee we charge you is exactly what they charge us...no mark up at all :-) This allows us to keep our daily rates lower so you can enjoy even more time in Denver and at Pearl Alley. Hip Denver Studio - Skyland Neighborhood
Come stay at our hip little 2nd story studio space. Enjoy the Denver skyline & Rocky Mountains right outside your windows. We are a block off Denver's City Park golf course near the Denver Zoo & Denver Museum of Nature & Science. We are also close to downtown Denver. Our studio space is brand new and accessible through our backyard with a keyless entry system. Our dogs - Jack Jack and Sophie Nacho - may welcome you but there is a gate closing in the space so they won’t be greeting you close up!

Take it easy at this self-contained getaway. Entrance at side of house, combination lock (which locks by itself after 60sec). Perfect for one, could fit two snugly if they share the twin bed. Low (6’ 2”)ceilings. Low shower. The plumbing rumbles when the pump runs. Outdoor areas are the only shared areas. Family members may go out the side door at times. The unit is pet friendly, you can bring your animal. If you are allergic to pets/are over 5’10” the unit might not be a good fit.

Bright, urban, modern barn loft - S. Capitol Hill
Bright/centrally located 1 BR, 1 BA barn house near downtown in a beautiful neighborhood located a few blocks from many good restaurants, bars, parks, coffee shops, and more. Lounge by the fireplace, listen to some vinyl, enjoy the plants throughout. Large patio with porch swings. Spacious bedroom with luxurious queen mattress, cotton bedding and blackout curtains. Laptop-friendly workspace plus barn doors upstairs. Easy access to everything in Denver, but you may just choose to stay in.

Located two to three miles from downtown in the industrial part of the Historic Baker Neighborhood.
