Sun Soaked 4 Bedroom *Heated* Pool Home

Kick back and relax in this modern, family-friendly home. Built in 2022, this home embodies cool, neutral tones throughout. It has been professionally decorated for your enjoyment. Everything from pool toys to board games to kitchen essentials is provided. This includes beach chairs, an umbrella, & a cooler if you decide to take the short trip to Ft. Myers Beach or Sanibel! One-level, no-stairs Cape Coral home built with you in mind. Private heated saltwater pool with fountains + sun bench, fenced backyard, loungers Playset, and smart TVs in every bedroom. Sleeps 10 with 4 bedrooms & 2 full baths - has crib, pool toys, games, grill, and outdoor dining -easy self check-in, lounge chairs, umbrellas, gas grill. You will be close to lots of different cuisines within 5-10mins drive, 30 mins to the Gulf Shores beaches, 30 mins to the airport. Relax. Refresh. Rewind.

Whole cozy house for group of 5

If you planning to have a party or an event, this place is NOT FOR YOU. This is a peaceful place to stay. If you planning to have a party or an event, this place is NOT FOR YOU. The neighbors are very strict about noise and large groups of people. A very clean place with most of the amenities. Beautiful 3 Bedroom Home with Newer Oversized Salt Water Pool with Electric Heater, Large Lanai area with plenty of room for entertaining. There is not dishwasher machine and no garbage disposal.

Relaxing Cape Getaway

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Tucked back just a block off of DelPrado and 1/2 mile from Publix, McDonalds, Subway, and others. Other shopping less than 10 min away. North Fort Myers beach is 38 minutes away. Sanibel Island is 45 min away. It’s so quiet and private in the house and on the Lanai. Yet close to shopping or site seeing! The pool with the waterfall is just waiting for you to jump in and enjoy! Sip your coffee out front in the screened in area.

Relax in this family- friendly home 30 mins from the beach! We are pet friendly and provide everything needed for a peaceful getaway, including beach equipment. Here you’ll find a BBQ grill for the adults and a game room for the kids, so there is something for everyone! Sun Splash Family Waterpark is only 15 minutes away! Only 20 minutes away you’ll find Sunset Ski and Watersports where you can enjoy a dolphin tour, rent jetskis, rent banana boats, and even go on a beautiful sunset cruise!
